As a customer who bought IFB machine ELENA DX5.5 Kg I am TOTALLY dissatisfied and FRUSTRATED to the core.Just within 2 months the machine broke down.More than that Even after 30 days(ticket reference 3844530) NOTHING happened inspite OUR FOLLOW UP DAILY.
Worst part is I am hearing stories from thier service personnel(Raja gopalan -[protected],IFB service manager Shankar-[protected],Bala-[protected])
1.How the part is not coming even till date.
2.How there are less no.of people and MORE calls they are attending(reason for not recollecting my case-I have to explain everytime-almost every day)
3.How there is a gap since some had taken leave
4.Arranging(!!!) parts
BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO HEAR THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM.
I had to contact service manager on my own(THEY DONT SEEMS to HAVE A ESCALATION PROCESS?) after 20 days.
With two little kids I am paying more to wash my clothes and WASTE TIME(with IFB washing machine justing sitting like a IRRITATING box occuying space).
I am having doubts(will have),
Wheher THEY have sold ONE of stock obsolete.
Whether THEY are going put very OLD part if at all it is serviced(?)
.Can ANYBODY RESPONSIBLE available in IFB?(respond -RESPOND)
