I purchased a new washing machine, IFB SENATOR DX, from JAYAM&CO,ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI, on[protected] but not working. My I.D. NO. is 2149694. Though I complained in complaint no 3992464, the defect has not been completely rectified by stating that spare parts for the above new model washing machine are to be ordered for rectification. AS A RESULT, I COULD NOT USE THE MACHINE even after paying an amount of RS.30000/= HENCE I am now at loss and suffering from mental agonies by purchasing IFB WASHING MACHINE. I , therefore request immediate attention in the matter and take necessary action either to repair the macchine or to replace it with a new machine. Was this information helpful? |
