I PAID INSTANTLY, THE AMOUNT THRU' IVR.
I RECEIVED A 'VOUCHER CODE REQUEST FORM' AND I WAS ASKED TO FILL AND POST TO "ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS (INDIA) PVT LTD"
I PROMPTLY FILLED IN AND POSTED. A BOOKING CODE AS SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED TO ME AFTER THIS TO ENABLE ME BOOK FOR THE RESORT.
NO RESPONSE IN SEPTEMBER.
NO RESPONSE IN OCTOBER
NO RESPONSEIN NOVEMBER.
FED UP, I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ON 5/12/2009.
I WAS GIVEN A FRESH INSTRUCTION TO SEND A DD FOR RS. 750/--
THOUGH,FEELING UNFAIR, I SENT A DD NO. 835369 FOR RS 750/-- IN FAVOUR OF 1TOUCH SOLUTIONS, PAYABLE NEW DELHI AND POSTED TO THE GIVEN POST BOX ADDRESS.
NO RESPONSE
NO RESPONSE TILL 18/01.2010
I HAVE NO ADDRESS TO CONTACT ( IT IS A POST BOX NO.)
I HAVE NO PROOFE OF PAYING TO IFB AS IT IS BY IVR
I HAVE SO FAR ONLY CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER WHERE I GET ONLY ASSURANCES.
I HAVE ALREADY LOST 5 MONTHS AND RS.6999- + RS 750+ POSTAGE +PHONE +DD CHARGES
I RECEIVED NOTHING EXCEPT AN OUT DATED GIFT VOUCHER THAT OUTLETS AT VADODARA & AHMEDABAD REFUSED TO HONOUR .
CAN MY COMPLAINT BE ATTENDED BY SOME ONE.
I AM BEGENING TO THINK IT IS A MONEY EXTRECTING PROCESS. PERHEPS EVEN BIG COMPANIES TOO HAVE STARTED COLLECTING MONEY AND THAT IS THE END OF IT .
A PROMPT AND CUSTOMER CARING RESPONSE CAN PERHAPS CHANGE MY THOUGHTS.

I feel in the first instance investing money in an IFB Washing machine itself was putting your money down the drain. Added to it you have taken their words for granted and lost further money. I repeat you have lost your money
