IFB Washing Machine — complaint ticket no. 11627408

Sir, I lodged complaint vide ticket no.11627408 on 8th October 2013 but the same was not repaired till 18.10.2013 3.14 pm. Since the purchase of this machine the performance of the same was not satisfactory. In my every complain that this machine broke the hooks of pants but it was neither rectified nor any action is taken by IFB. I would request you to replace with machine with new one.
