[Resolved]  IFB / Washing Machine Digital 5.5 kg — Unsatisfactory performance of the WM

Dear Sir
I have purchased one IFB Washing Machine Digital 5.5. Kg Sr. No. 008700 from Kishor Enterprises,
Arya Kumar Rd. Patna Bihar.(Tel.[protected] Mob [protected] ).
The WM is not claning the cloths properly. As stated by the man of service centre the machine is made for cleaning of mild dirty cloths not for cleaning of dirty cloths.
Kindly intervine into the matter.
My request is either the performance of be improved or the machine be taken back/exchenged.
