0n 23.07.10 i called and informed the Call Center in Verna[protected], that my IFB Washing Machine, digital 7 kg is not working any more. The promised me that within 3 working days the technician will come to my house, he didnt come till today 29.07. I got a complaint no.: 4827609 I called them several times and they gave me No of IFB service center[protected] or 487. every day the promise me to send an technician. I just want to complain about this very lousy service. What else should i do? I complained about my IFB WASHING MACHINE on 24/7/10. My custmer ID no.1460042.& Complaint no. is4838194. I made many calls to the company & didn't receive any calls.I am really fed up.I will n't recommend about your machine to anybody in future.I am very disappointed with your service.
