Dear sir we are having ifb eelana 5kg wasing machine since 5 years, but we are facing service problem from one month our machine is pending due to littel problem we have compined to customers care and one of the technecion came and show that a rubber atteched to front door is damaged and he will replaced in two day's but since 15 day their is no response so kindly arrange
