I bought the machine on 24th January 2007. I took an extended warranty upto 23/01/2011. We have repeatedly complained that the machine does not drain out the water on completion of the spin dry cycle and the clothes come out sopping wet. The IFB technician comes & superficially looks at the machine, blames everything innocuous like too much powder, wrong powder etc. We are then made to buy soap powder, protecta etc from him but following his instructions does not solve the problem. The problem repeats after two wash cycles.
I think IFB must replace the defective machine & maintain their reputation. If not, I will be left with no choice but to approach the consumer courts and/or media and highlight my plight. Was this information helpful? |
