I have been trying to contact the service centre since two days but no is engaged always.......i have got Elena IFB washing Machine which is around five years old ...i am facing the problem of clothes not getting dried up and water is left behind after the full washing cycle is over.kindly send somebody to look after the complaint. IFB WASHING MACHINE — Clothes are not getting dry
My machine is under waranty, when the cloths are extracted from the machine after wash, they are very wet. but ideally they should be realtily dry. Its dificult to get in touch with the customer care person as they do not answer the call. Please help me my number is[protected]
