Dear Sir/Madam, We have purchased IFB washing machine Elite Model from RK Electronics, Chandanagar, Hyderabad-19. on 06.06.2008. It started troubling from 07.09.08. We have made the complaint to Customer care on the same day. Sofar nobody attended the complaint. We are getting foul smell from the machine due to draining problem. Children are in the huose.
