IFB FRONT LOADED WASHING MACHINE — More than 48 Hrs passed away still nobody turned
Dear Sir / Madam,I have logged a complaint on saturday for my Washing Machine Front loaded and still now nobody turned on to my home. I need to know when they will come & do the service.
While you are selling the product you have informed many things but useless service. I was very much disappointed with your service.
However I will inform my colleagues, relatives or Neighbour not to buy your product at all because of this poor service.

I have recently purchased the IFB Eva aqua VX/SX 6kg from Croma karkhana secunderabad outlet - after delivery, representative came after 5 days to install it after 10 followup...and after the representative came they says we require these hardware to install the machine and it should be collected from office only ( OK can digest) I told just install, I don't require other healthy accessory.
But Later he came with extra stand and water softener (that was not in the list and I had told no to these fitting, I was not at home he fixed the softener and charged a good amount from my family and when I asked him reason of fixing it when I had told no- he stated - we have fixed d and can't take it back...my mail I'd is [protected]@writeme.com, mobile [protected] ; purchase date[protected]

IFB Front Loader 9Kg Washer 7Kg Dryer
1. The IFB product was sold by QRS in Trivandrum (Pullimoodu), Kerala - with high recommendation from the store about quality and functionality
2. The product has given me about 20 washes
3. Twice (two faults in immediate succession) - it has D-Lock-ed with clothes remaining wet (still in machine) and failure to unlock
4. IFB Service were contacted today (9 Nov) - not responsive
5. IFB Product (inferior -5) and Service (unreliable -5) ... on a scale of 0 to 10, I will have to give a grand total IFB -10 (yes, minus ten)
RECOMMENDATION : Shop Elsewhere and Buy Another Brand

Our washing machine is not working, i log my complaint in customercare approx. three month agobut till no service provided.so please do needfull.
