[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — clothes are not washed properly

My Washing machineIFB Elite 5KG Aqua Energy Date of purchase 07.05.2007,was purchased from Fridge House Thrissur , the same machine was repaired earlier three times on 06.06.2008, 20.01.2009, 11.05.2009 , April 26, 2010 we informed fridge house that machine is not working , they said they will send there person to repair , but they didnt turnup , again we called on 29.04.2010 same thing happened till today ie.07.06.2010 no one came.

so plse look into the matter and do the needful

ther is a problem with my ifb washing machine ...
and i have being calling to servicemen since a month. none of them are responding to my calls.
want a servicemen to approach me and clear my problem..
