We have taken the AMC for IFB Alina washing machine model 38773 on 7th August 2010,which is valid until 18th August 2011 through Mr.J.K.Gupta at Rohini.
We regret to inform you that we have facing severe problem in getting our washing machine attended because the person who took the franchise,i.e.Mr.J.K.Gupta
has informed us that he has given-up the franchise to IFB and he is no more responsible to attend our complaints under present AMC No.9248 dated 7.8.2010.
Instead,we have been advised to send email to IFB and the email address were given by him.
This is blutant attempt of cheating your (IFB) customer which may spoil very badly your company's name as well.
May,we request for your immediate attention and taking necessary action for arranging to send some technicians to our address as given below to attend the
problem and advice us for our future course of action.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — refusal to attend to complaints
I have an IFB washing machine for the past 10 years. In the year 2009, I have signed an AMC Contract with the company for this machine on payment of the relevant annual fees. On November 6th, 2009 my machine stopped functioning to which a complaint was lodged with the centre. The complaint no. was 3715429. Almost 2 months has passed by the company has not responded to my urnest requests. Repeated request are being made to the complaint centre, including their Kolkata branch office, but it appears that they have very little time for the common people like us. My washing maching Sl # is 25205; model # T-2900 and my oermanent custiomer id is 282562. I am residing at Flat 4A; Central Apartments; 82 AJC Bose Road Kolkata 700 014 and my contact number is [protected]. This type of non-challant attitude of the service center is disgrace for the company and I hope that with your help I would definitely be able to set right my washing machine.
