[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine (Senorita Deluxe) — Complaint not attended | |||
Dear Sir, I have used this Machine in abroad and based the results I bought this at my home in India. I did not expect such a bad service given to us for this Machine. We are regularly getting problems in this machine. Your service agent ( True Value ) will come and go and they sell their products like ( Washing powder, stabliser etc ) and they don't attend the actual problems. I recommened to my freinds and colleagues for this Machine and now I am really asahmed in front of them. I need to speak directly to the higher levels in IFB Washing Machine department to personally inform about the worst service of this agent and also the Machine is not at all good as per my personal usage. Need the repalcement of New machine since I have paid unoffially for this agents to get the things done on time. If IFB really wants me to talk then they alway call me on my Mob # [protected]. I came on to this site to understnad and buy the IFB product but after horrible customer experinces I have deicded NEVER EVER again IFB product in my life. I mean I wont even consider this company in any divison.
I dropped my idea to buy and I am not even going to treat it as a professional products company.
SHAME on you IFB.
A person who never became or become your custoemr.
