It gives me pain to write this note to you.
Fifteen days back, my machine went out of order for which complain was registered to local service centre in Bareilly city on the mobile no. [protected]). The machanic attended the complain and diagnose the panel of machine out of order. He has asked us that its panel had to be change after receiving from company. Till date the panel has not been changed and still the machine is out of order.
On the same day, I registered the complain at toll free no. ([protected]) and he gave me the one number i.e., 2717404 and also he asked us to contact at ghaziabad centre. After contacting at Ghaziabad, they told us that they have no our complain. Afterwards, I gave them the same number 2717404 which was given to me by help line. After wards, the officials of Ghaziabad gave the message to Mr. vipin the owner of service centre at Bareilly who has also reported them that he has no our complain .
Again I contacted one more officials of company Mr. samanta ( [protected]) and I explain him in detail. He asked us that this complain number is one year old and I have to take new ticket number from Helpline. Again I rang to help line and asked to give me new ticket number. he suggested that first I have to close first the complain number 271404 then new ticket number will be given.' I asked us to closed this number and give me new ticket number. He failed to give us ticket number and my family is in pain in getting repairing the machine.

i called call center[protected] where mr.manjunahth spoken, for my complaint regarding senorita waching machine.he didnt registered my complaint because he wants my phone number which they registered which i doesnt remember.i couldn't understood why he requires the phone no.i told him that iam having complaint regarding machine is auto locked and not opening.why and what the company requires to register a complaint.whether the senorita is not their product or they will do free service if iam registered in their records.or they will render their services to said address where they delivered the machine.i could understood what the logic to check their records for regisration of complaints.
