Myself, Victor Pereira working with Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad, as In-charge, Students Activity Office. We had bought 27 washing machines from IFB company in the month of October 2008, we have got ONE year warranty for these machines. Recently there was a problem with one of the washing machine, I registered the complaint on their Toll Free no.[protected] twice in last fifteen days, they have even sent me the written confirmation through SMS, but nobody comes for the repaires. IFB being such huge company, ignores our institute. IIM-A, being such reputed institute in the world, I understand the problem faced by the other customers. I wish they come soon resolve the problem.
