[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — amc | |||
i have taken AMC from IFB and payment also made with IFB. this AMC includes all spare parts with plastic parts also but when i complaint for machine is not working and machine belt is tear off they tell us that due to heavy load of cloth belt is tear off so you can pay for belt of 650 rs so i have paid for belt and than they repair the machine so it is not fair to charge for belt. till date 7 - 6 - 2010 even after a period of 3 months no amc document has
received. this is with kailah enterprises chennai who is authourised service
personal and it is like droping a stone in a well.
to make document 3 months is highly regrettable and how long to do service is
imaginable.
god will never forgive the concerned athourities
