[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — vibration of machine

I have made a complaint on 19th May 2012 in the complain no.8873801 and my customer ID is 1558110. Twice i have callled, they gave me a number of STS Enterprises Trichy, i called them they promised to send the person, but so far no visit the problem has not rectified. I feel very disappointed in this regard "IFB is getting WORST"
