This is complaint against illegal construction o[censored]pper floor of [censored]la mata mandir in bhogal near jungpura extn. I have complained again & again at the time of construction but no action has been taken by MCD. In fact police & MCDpeople come , take bribe & keep their mouth shut.WHy action has not been taken by MCD.

Another thing these people keep loudspeaker on whole day, sometimes at night also. the residents, students. aged people who are having illness get too much disturb. Evenif requesting again & again they have kept continued.The people in temple have wasted their lif in such foolish things without doing any fruitful things in life. They don't have capacity to understand how they are disturbing besiding residents.

Why police & MCD are not taking action? Extending upper floor will start with functions & loud speaker will be always on. How our kids will study? I requst to demolish upper floor & ristrict them to keep loud speaker on.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of 233 Pocket D-6, Rohini Delhi-110085 and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized constructed flat on our first floor in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable. The Builder is done unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address without permission. He is illegally constructing Plot which is creating a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. Thereby causing great threat to the safety of the neighbors as the building structure is very weak.it may cause damage of property and loss of life.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized constructed flat but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to do this unauthorized construction and becoming mere spectators. This constructed flat is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized constructed flat has to be remove immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he is building.

Plot no -(A-78).,.the peolple living on this address has occupied
the place of goverment road and they had maked very dangerous
typed building.and grabbing the main road and grabbing the public
utility they have illegally enhanced their portion on road side areas.

That as per municipal lawas the building means a house, out-house, stable, latrine,urinal,shed,hut,wall(other than a boundary wall) or any other structure, whether or masonry,bricks,wood,mud,metal or other material but does not includes any portable shelter and market inclides any place where persons assemble for the sale of,or for the purpose of sale ,meat exposing for fish ,fruits vegetables, animals intende for human food or any other articles of human food whatsoever, with or without the consent of the owner of such place not withstanding that there may no common regulation for the concourse of buyers and sellers and whet her or not any control is exercised over the business of, or the persons frequenting the market by the owner of the place or by any other persons and public street means any street which vests in the corporation as a public street or the soil below the surface of which vests in the.

The complain has being sent under the provisions of section 477.,478.,of the D.M.C act along with section 140 of the D.P. Act and section 80 C.P.C.

Its a kindly requet to u please do some heavy action and legal action.

it is brought to your kind information that in my colony i.e, Dashrath Puri, Palam Road New Delhi-110045, group of so-called builders are engaged in the construction of flats illegally. they purchased the plots and constructs 6 to 8 flats on each plot. these constructions are creating chaos in the colony. some of the such constructions are taking place on plot no. D-38, D-53 and on other plots. at one property D-38 builder has not provided the parking space.
Q.1 whether these so-called builders has taken the approval from MCD for such constructions?
Q.2 whether the designs/map of such constructions is approved by the MCD?

1.) I stay in Santnagar, East of Kailash Area. I found that lots of my neighbours have encroachments in the same vicinity. Because of that Road is become congested. They have covered the MCD area i.e occupied main road area.

2.) Many people have started building on the top of the Third floor ( already they have G+3 floors). i just want to enquire whether there is any such circular where a resident can built on the top of the third floor. New builders have started these things and they sold Roof to the other people rather than to the Third Floor owner. Owner of the roof builds one or two room set over there and earn handsome rent . In my building also this is happening roof has been sold to other person and in a week's time construction is going to commence. already there are G+3 floors. Please look into it.

I say that due to that construction too much in convenience is caused to the residence of omkar CHS LTD ‘s members.

Two months back, I have submitted a complaint in BMC ( Mumbai Mahanagar Palika ), asking for Demolition of Illegal construction. But, BMC has not taken action, as yet.
Whenever I visit in BMC office, they do not give satisfactory reply, and do not take action.
Being the direct sufferer, I want to demolish the un-authorised construction immediately.

is the actions of the human race that can make or break the future of the planet. In the end everyone loses unless a solution can be reached. This is easier said than
done but the choices that lie ahead on this matter carry severe consequences that will forever change they way that all things live if they are able to live at all.

I am filing a compliant against Nand Kishore, who came down my place around 7:45 p.m. on 18.03.2010 with some scroundals and unsocial elements and misbehave with me.
Basically Nand Kishore bought a roof of A-1/30-C, DDA Flats Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63 and wants to construct a house on that which is illegal and unauthorized by Hon’ble High Court as well as by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) & Delhi Devolvement Authority (DDA). DDA has allotted a two stories flat Ground floor and First Floor only but he want to construct forth floor.
This construction is dangerous to the structure of my house as my house will collapse. So I am not allowing him to construct on the roof of the 30-C as lives of my family will be in danger.

On 18.03.2010 at 7:45 pm he came down to my place and abused me a lot even he try to hit me as well. He said that no Police, no Court can stop me. Even said that he will harm my family if I will stop him.
From now onwards if any misshapen happens with me or with my family then Nand Kishore will be responsible for that. Please take a strict action against him and provide me and my family enough security as I am getting threats for the same.

Our repeated verbal requests to refrain from this illegal activity bore no results. Instead, he is threatening the complainants with dire consequences and boasts that he has given huge bribe to the Municipal and Police authorities and enjoys the patronage of political leader, so nobody can dare to stop him in making such encroachments. He also declared that he will make 2-3 storeys on this public land.


Due to this illegal act on his part, the entire locality is facing great problem due to blockage of government common lane/passage by him. Moreover, this illegal construction endangers the neighbouring flats and there is also clear invasion of their privacy.

Illegal construction is being done on 3rd Floor of C231,Golf View Appts. Saket,New Delhi17 which is damaging the society premises.
Extension of Balcony is being done and 4th floor is also been constructed which according to rules and reglations of DDA is not permissible.
This contruction can damage the complete structure of the DDA society flats in C block as its 40 yrs old structure and its being done by bribing the MCD officials.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Higher authorities complaint would be done if the matter is not soon looked upto.

Sir,

I am staying in outhouse, at the time of constructing they had left the house halfy build due their personal problem for more than five years. I constructed the house in 2008 but the neighbour of mine had started constructing the half build house , I approached the owner personally and requested him to leave atleast 3 feet for obstruction of passage for sunlight and air. He is not accepting the same.

Kindly help me out in this matter. The owner is highly influenced. He does not care for any thing.

Without sunlight and air human beings cannot live.

I had given a complaint in BBMP through control room and also written complaint to the concerned authority but they have not taken any action.

We reside in Ramnagar T.R.T.Quarters, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.The quarters have been allotted by the Government of A.P 50 years back.The quarter is a block of 4 houses with 2 houses on ground floor attached each other and above 2 houses upon each i.e. the 1st floor.If we look back the registration documents it is clearly mentioned that the space around the quarter should be left as such for parking where as the people the owners, who reside in the ground floor constructed the rooms at the back side, sideways and in front of the quarter not leaving an inch place for the upper tenants(the first floor occupants) even when asked they only say that it is their place and i.e. they have right on that place and the upper tenants have no right to speak about the surrounding space around the quarter.So I request the higher authorities to probe the matter and demolish the illegally constructed rooms surrounding the quarters and provide parking space for all the occupants.

This my third reminder of illegal construction, renovation modification of structures going on which is causing lot of inconvenience to the residents. There is lack of proper Sun light ant ventilation because of this and is make the place not fit to live in. We see no action being taken against such activities and though local authorities are aware do not make any serious attempt to stop this activity.
