[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Delay in delivery/ Not picking phone

In Hyderabad at Miyapur there is this gas agency Sri Saila Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.

Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.

Sometimes they do delay in providing gas cylinders and most of the time, I do suspect that they provide underweight cylinders.

Do somebody really care about these complaints? or it's just another dustbeen for complaints agains any Govt organization?

Indane Gas — Phone numbers of the agency not working

I am trying to contact my Indane Gas Agency for last two weeks for booking of the gas but all the time it use to be engage. I tried hours and hours but of no use....last time also I have to go personally to book my gas. It is going on like this for last many months. is someone there who can help me in this matter or alteast tell me where to complaint other than this site.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas through KATARIA GAS SERVICE, 135-A, PATPARGANJ ROAD, JHEEL KURENJA, DELHI-51. My first grievance is that, to the best of my knowledge and understanding, they never attend the phone for booking as well as for any complaint. I have seen it personally. They put the receiver away from phone. On 29/01/2008 their delivery men delivered two gas cylinders i/r of Conumer Nos. 11201 (self) and 1133 (father) at 5.15 p.m. and on request he assured both the cylinders are o.k. In the evening I got both the cylinders were leaking. I registered my complaint on Tel. No. 22303546 and complaint Nos. were 988 and 989. The person, who attended compliant was of the view that both the cylinders require replacement as both were leaking; one from the bunk and another from gas pin. He gave two vouchers of Indane for the same describing the problem and asked me to show them at the office of KATARIA GAS SERVICE in the morning. As advised I visited Gas Agency's office in the morning and described the position. First, Mr. Pawan, Manager tried to show his power and misbehaved in the presence of many customers. He said "why you not checked at the time of delivery". His behaviour was away from a reasonable man. I told him that my wife could not find the leakage at the time of delivery and she get assured from the version of delivery man that the cylinders are o.k. therefore I came to you. But he shouted on one ground or the other and asked me to demosite the Report Vouchers in his office, which I think is not proper. Now-a-days it is very difficult to handle these Gas Agencies and some strict action is requried to be taken against them for public convenience.

INDANE/ Gas Supply — Delay/ Phone Continuosly busy

I had booked for Gas Refill on 28/12/2007. Till today I have not received Gas Supply.

When I tried to contact over the, all the lines of Nataraja Enterprises [protected], 4 are continuously busy throughout the day, all these days.

Since I belong to Working class, It has become very difficult .

Will the concerned mind
I am consumer of indane gas , my consumer no. is 42221-- DIKSHIT GAS SEWA main road khichripur Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone and so we cannot book gas at proper time. for last 3 times we are getting cylinder after 30 days or more. even if the phone rings at the agency , no body picks up the phone. please check into the matter. please reply how we should book our gas cylinder as we donot have mtnl phone?

Indane Gas Cylinder — Phone of dealer is busy most of the time

My delaer is in sarai khwaja faridabad and every time his phone kept on busy so unable to book the cylinder on time.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas through Sabha Gas Agency (Phone no: [protected], [protected]). I booked the cylinder on 28th August 2008 and the agency promised me that the cylider will be available with in 10 days. Till now I did not get the cylinder. Morover, the agency is not responding in a proper way. They are not at all picking the phone. More than 15 days have gone, but still there is no proper reply from the agency. My grievance is that I require the gas connection on the day the agency is commiting during booking, since I have only one cylinder.

Indane Gas — Distributor not picking the phone

i am trying to book for refill cylinder with Rama Agencies, KR Puram, Bangalore. No body picks the phone. When I try next time it is kept down. This is very common with this distributor. We have to go there personaly every time

I AM HOLDING A GAS CONNECTION NO.27165 WITH SHYAM SUNDER GAS AGENCY, JANAKPURI. 10 DAYS AGO I BOOKED MY NO. FOR REFILL OUR CYLINDER BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT THE FILLED CYLINDER. EVERY TIME I AM FACING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY DO NOT PICK THEIR PHONE, I AM UNNECESSARLY BEING HARRASED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. I REQUEST TO YOUR GOODSELF TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND TAKE IMMEDIATE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM SO THAT THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE COULD NOT BE REPEATED FROM THEIR SIDE.

I am resident of Bangalore. I have my Indane gas connection services with Rashmi Gas Agency in Nayandahalli which is near Raja rajeshwarinagar. The service of this Rashmi Distributors is so bad that it irritates all the customers in an around that area. Every month it is very difficult to book a cylinder as they wont pick up the phone and keep all their phone aside in order that we get busy beep.

If they cannot serve the customers in a authentic way, why are they here as Distributors killing each and everybody's patience and time. It is so harrasing that they take their own time in delivery too. Especially for the customers with single connection.

Many times I have tried contacting Indane Customer care service for complainting against this Gas agency. They support as if everything is going well officially. Please somebody help me in solving this problem which has become a menace every month.

They dont even bother to talk to customers at their office, if this is the case they can give up their agency to somebody who can give clean and clear service.

Again this complaint should not become a utter waste, so please somebody who is related take care and suggest the needful.

Indane Gas — not picking phone and late delivery.

Dear Sir,

i have a gas connection with Jagan gas located in Madangiri new delhi. FYI the connection no is 30460
they are worst dealing with customers not picking call and supply very bad but the people of their wo are distributing gases are selling in black openly.

i am with media therefore i think i should put it in TV, so they will understand what can happen and ministry will also know about it.

please see it. this is going on openly.

I am indane gas customer at Rohini gas angency at Rohini Delhi. They never pick phone if we booked our number through computer they never deliver gas on time, we all consumer are fed this gas agency. Please take any action against them

Indane Gas — Not picking the phone at GAS agency

Dear Sir / Madam,

I m a customer of Indane Gas, associated with the agency of Shekhawat Gas Agency at Karawal Nagar via registration no 20094. My problame is for booking of Gas which had not getting done. I had tried the phone of Shekhawat Gas agency more than 50 times and regularly making call since last three days but no one is picking the phone[protected] and[protected], i think either no one is picking the phine or phone is on put on table as hold. This is very poor service.

Thus i request u, kindly look into the matter and do the needfull asap.

I have a gas connection with Goodwill Gas Service (Indian Gas ) located in P-31 Krishan Vihar delhi-86. FYI the connection no is GT-3891
The person sitting there as whole sole incharge name Vikas is very rude in customer dealing & his behaviour towards Customer is not acceptable.
they are worst dealing with customers not picking call and supply is very bad & late but the people of their are distributing cylinder in black openly to shopkeepers & venders.
Pl look into the matter on priority basis otherwise u may loose ur Customer strenth day by day.

Dear Sir,
I am resident of Delhi. I have my Indane gas connection services with Raj Flame Gas Agency in Uttam Nagar, Mohan Garden area which is near Dwarka More Metro Rail Station and my Consumer No. RF 5665. The service of this Raj Flame Distributors is so bad that it irritates all the customers in an around that area. Every month it is very difficult to book a cylinder as they wont pick up the phone and keep all their phone aside in order that we get busy beep.

They do not delivered cylinder proper time most of time they told me the cylinder will delivered with 4-5 days but no responce till 10-15 days, this procedure continued every month. It is so harrasing that they take their own time in delivery too. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. I request you that please solve our problem.
