[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Delay in delivery/ Not picking phone

am not able to book gas.
I tried through phone but nobody picking up my phone from last three days

I BOOK MY GAS IN 27/11/2009 ND MY GAS CONN. NO IS 504751
BUT NOW GAS CILENDERD NOT DELIVERD TODAY LAST 5 DAY S I WAIT

I strongly agree.S&P Agencies in Aravali Shopping Complex, Alaknanda, New Delhi 110019 is many many steps ahead.It takes more than a week to deliver, never delivers without a reminder, always faulty cylinders, and the person to rectify takes more than a couple of hrs to arrive. The wt of the cylinder is suspect.They do not adhere to any prefferred time and days for delivery as provided by us. For any and everything one has to go personally as the phones are off the hook as soon as the shop open. I am completely fedup. Indane better get strict abt its agents performance

In Kanyakumari Dt, at Marthandom there is gas agency Jay Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.
Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.
Sometimes they do delay in providing gas cylinders and usually bookings take after 30 days and refill they send only after 15-20 days, and I do suspect that they provide underweight cylinders.

Do u people will take any necessary action against them ?....
I also send simillar complaint since 8 or 10 months before..........there was no improvement from gas dealers

i am customer of rukmani gas agency indane, nirala nagar, lucknow
most of the when i call the agency phone is busy .
it becomes very difficult & irritating to book the gas or get delivery information.
it seems to be intenstional negligance on the part of the gas agency

I am vinshnu Kumar Bohre lived at Soron Dist. Kanshiram Nagar, U.P. I have great problem from Balaji Indane guess agency, Soron Dist.- Kanshiram Nagar, U.P. Balaji Indan g. Agency is not delivered comsumer cylinder time to time. Agency book the guess in 25 days from supply of Cylinder. And That agency with very problem delivered guess cylinder in next 15 days. Then all days total is 65 days then any cosumer very suffered for cooking guess. Balaji Indane gas Agency owner abusing regularly thier consumer. That person is not a responsible person against his duties.
Then Please solve my problem in next early times. Please...

I fully agree . It is impossible to book on phone at Apna Bazar, since you can never get connection . IOCL should now ask all their dealers to accept booking on E mail also . It is tine IOCL changes its attitude and have policies which are customer friendly,
Further IOCL should have a tranperant policy about rebooking . Whether it is from the timeof booking or from the date of delivery of cylinder?

I also had Indane Gas connection in Sridhar Gas agency, Alandur Chennai branch. I got a new connection 5 months back facing lot of problems. iresponsible no proper reply from them. we both are working and we requested them to supply as on saturday but i booked twice till now and they are brining it on week days and next time cancelling the booking and they are not suppling for next one month.this time also i booked on dec 18 2009 but till today i didnn't recevied the cyclinder.we had only one cyclinder and we are struggling for one month

I am trying to book a gas cylinder by using the agency's phone number[protected], 26893219,[protected]SONA ENTERPRISES A-72/2 Masood Pur Vasant Kunj New Delhi -17). but they are not picking up phone. this is happening since last fifteen days . I never get their phone, if occasionally i get they don't pickup the phone. I request to Indane to take this matter seriously and take strict action against such agency.

Sabha Gas — Cylinder not delivered in time and not responding

I am the one of your customer who resides in Nanganallur and using indane gas from Sabha Gas

Agencies, If i want to book my cylinder they say that after 21 days only they are registering my gas

booking. and from that date they say again 15 to 21 days. So it is very difficult for us to manage. They

say one date and they are bringing the cylinder one day, by that time the door is closed means they are

shouting and going back. We have to run behind them to get the cylinder back. Response is very

poor, as if we are getting the cylinder free from the government. They ask why were u not there, why

door is closed and 100 questions, I came to know that they are our cylinders to the shops for double the

rate. So we are more frustrated and giving complaint to u. Please do the

needful, we are citizens of india and we depend on you government employees. It is not one individual

problem, this problem will come to u also tomorrow. so take necessary steps.

In the website, they had given phone no, whenever you cal l on that number, somebody will pick up the phone and started scolding. All the nos are not working,[protected]/25654560/25654553/25660620/65378398/41144619

Even if you try 24 hrs online booking no - [protected], it is also not working for Sri Rama agaencies. Try online booking through tomogas.com/iocl, it is also failing.

Their behaviour is very bad and rude. Please take some actions asap
