[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Delay in delivery/ Not picking phone

In Hyderabad at Miyapur there is this gas agency Sri Saila Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.

Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.

Sometimes they do delay in providing gas cylinders and most of the time, I do suspect that they provide underweight cylinders.

Do somebody really care about these complaints? or it's just another dustbeen for complaints agains any Govt organization?

I am resident of MORADABAD. I have my Indane gas connection services with PANCHEEL GAS Agency in PELE KOTHI, area which is near PEELI KOTHI PERTOLE PUMPmy Consumer No. RF 8128. The service of this PANCHEEL GAS Distributors is so bad that it irritates all the customers in an around that area. Every month it is very difficult to book a cylinder as they wont pick up the phone and keep all their phone aside in order that we get busy beep. AND IHAVE A VERY BIG PROBLEM my consumer no is 8128 ye no mere papa ke tauji ke naam par c/o n aresh kumar khanna ke naam hai ab ye court se formality puri karke naresh kumar khanna ke naam par issue ho gaye hai lekin wo ab hamse 1700rs mang rahe hai gas connection ko book karne ka liye aur kha rahe hasi ki ye tab transfer hoga jab ap 1700rs de denga. pls sought my problem asoon as possible.

i am one of your customer from 2001 onwords and i am residing in calicut city, kerala state. The connection is in my father name V M KORAH and consumer no is 27386, Now a days your agency delivery is very delayed.. and when we are contacting the agency phone is not picking several times and when we get line they are not giving the right answer when we will get the delivery. Its is very sad to say that we customers are facing big probolems for these issues. Last time we booked at march 31st through phone and till this date we didnt get the delivery. The agency name is CHAND GAS AGENCY, CALICUT.

So i request you to please take necessary actions and pleae avoide delay for delivery.

sir i had applied for gas connection since last two year after 2 years my connection has come
now agency holder said if you will take connection gas chulla & rugalator will be given to you
if you will not take chulla connection will not be given this is a company restriction
what is this agency holder demands for rs 4000 for new connection but i had chulla already i dont want to take chulla pls solve this matter and give company rules detail

firozabad gas service, bye pass road nagla bari, firozabad, U.P., pin- 283203 ka ek gas no. mere naam par hai.agency wala mughe gas nhi deta. mai ek 70 year ki old women hau.7 month pahale mere gas paper, coupan book agency ke empoly mr gupta & mr yadav ne yah kah kar le lia ki aaj gas nahi hai. kal paper aor gas le jana, aaj tak mujhe agency ne mujhe paper aor gas nahi dee. mujhase mr. gupta aor mr yadav 1000 rs ki dimand karate hai. mai old lady bahut paresh hau. pl. mujhe gas paper aor gas dilavane ka kast kare.

Dear Sir,
Today i was go to local office of indane gas agency (Ambesh Gash Service), Alka puri, Alwar (Raj)-301001.
I want DBC connection but Ambesh Gas Agency's told me " we will issue your DBC with in 15-20 days but there is a condition on DBC that is -you purchase a lady sute (fire prove). this is compulsury from company".
May i know - Lady sute (fire prove) purchase is compulsary for DBC (cost-1850+230) & Gas stove purchase compulsary for First connection.is it mandatory for first gas connection & for DBC

I would like to bring another problem to your notice. My consumer no. bei ng 13219 with Flame Centre, South Patel Nagar, I never get their telephone number - either their numbers are busy or no response. Finally, I discovered a centralized number where I had booked my gas on 24th June vide No.13. Till today, i.e. 3rd july supply has not come and when I telephone again at the centralized number today, full recorlding came about agency name, booking number and date and also saying that I can book another cylinder after three days. There being only recording I was not able to lodge any complaint there. Would you like to look into the matter as to why it has taken so long for the supply of the cylinder. I shall appreciate early action and comment.

I am also facing the same problem. I am trying to book gas since 2 weeks. Always phone is busy or not picking the phone. It is too head ace to book gas.
Once we book gas we are getting it after 1 week only. some times it is taking 15 days. Some times they will tell door locked. But they are not putting any information there in the door. We are not sure they checked the door lock or not.
we have a doubt on this. if door not locked also they may telling this.
Can you please provide alternative for this.
I have a double cylinder connection at Balasore, Orissa. There are lot of problem here with our agency. They do not know how behave with the customers. They are doing as like a monopoly business. I have few queries here. Are these agencies never ausdited from company? Is there no training held for these agencies about their product. I should not be true in thinking that the audit is done in pen and paper and actually no audit is done.

Why wll we ( consumers ) always suffer from these agencies? It is not that we are using free of cost and not only that it is a open secrect that delvery man demands ( not beg ) the delivery charges and their deamd also fulfilled. Nevertheless we suffer. You just put yourself in place me, you will feel so angry and disgusting. There is no professional approach from.

At the end can we expect things will be better in future?

Indane Gas — not picking the phone and delay in gas delivery

i want to say that i m costumor of indane gas and i have lot of problem with the supplyer, like delay in gas cylinder . they send my gas cylinder after 10 to 15 days of booking. when we try to call them they wiil not pick the phone .
kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
the gas agency is in karnal (haryana) outside kalandri gate.

unfartunataly no gas agency available at this time, now you can understand which type problem we are
facing hear, we have to pay for one calender 525-550 Rs. . So this is my request to you open a new
agency in my town.

Sir,

I have indane gas connection with the dealer at Marripalem, Visakhapatnam. It has been noticed from lat 03 months that the dealer is keeping the telephone at side throughout the working hours, so that the phone is continuously indicating engaged. I seen it directly, once and he told that, the phone reciever was not kept properly, by mistage.

Due to this problem, I could not book gas by phone, everytime I have to go to his office for refilling booking. I am trying for phone booking continuously from last 15 days, but I could not get connected, this may indicate the seriousness of the problem.

Sever action may be initiated for such defaulters. Also gas booking through internet/ SMS may also be intiated.

Hoping for change in the attitute towards the costomers.
