[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency - Revathy Gas Agency — COMPLAINT AGAINST AGENCY - Consumer number 24005

We have recently moved 5 - 6 MONTHS TO pallikarnai. Earlier we haved near Ashoknagar and the LPG of HPCL delivery was perfect. After moving to this agency we are facing problem, over telephone we cannot call them for LPG registering either it is busy round the clock or while ringing no body is bothered to pick up the lines at times we have to go personally that too it is not near to medavakkam (from there it is 1km) if we go there no response. Once we inform them personally, then also target date was not met. The lpg will take their own time to delivery. I cannot catch out the Manager/Owner of the said agency. HPCL, Pl. check and look into the agency they are delivery LPG to their customer on time and complaints has been taken in the right spirit.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought new kinetic blaze bike in Eswari Motor (Authorised distributor and service) which is in Adyar chennai on 26Aug07.
In between I faced self starting problem in that they changed battery and coil only 8 month was passed. After 5 month once again the same problem is faced.
So I given the bike on 9th October 2008 to service where is bought. When I call, they saying we dont have the part, The part has to come.
By this so many days was passed. Still now they are not return my bike after serviceing.
They are not answering properlly.

Kinetic blaze bike cost 65000/-

What I want to do.
Please help me.

we are custumer of (Bharat Gas) "Bristo Gas Agencies, Lajpat Nagar, Near Police Chowki Moradabad-244001" & our consumer No.27596..no proper delivery the gas can be delivered after 20 days from the date of booking
and when the delivery takes place they charge extra price.and no proper delivery is done at home

I am senthil kumar. we are getting LPG gas fom jai chidamparam gas agency but they didn't give LPG properly.Every month we need one cylinder but they give only every 45 days.If ask this via telephone they speak very rigidly..the shortage of these days we have faced series problems.kindliy i request you to take action against him..That agency sitiuated in the Sivanthi puram.Tirunelveli District..
