[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Late delivery

Dear sir,
I (PAWAN KUMAR) Living in H.NO. 348 PANA RAMAYANA, VPO- TIKRI KALAN Delhi -110041, my consumer number is 11102 and i am customer of SHEEL GAS AGENCY.

Sir i have booked my Gas cylinder on 1st October 2009 through telephone but till now i have not received my cylinder despite several calls and reminders for the delivery. Every month i have to run after the agency for my cylinder delivery. This has been going on for some months now.

I am forced to write this mail as the agency owner is not bothered about the pain i am getting through to have my delivery on time.

I will request you to please guide and me prompt action against the Agency owner so that i get timely delivery of my Cylinder against my booking.

but regret to inform that till today (26.10.2009) we have not received .

My problem is concern with particular agency which is phillaur gas agency, Near civil hospital garha road Phillaur. Our reference no is 17305. Every time they respond well but not deliver cylinder on time. We booked around 15days back but till date we have not received any response. Now days we are using stove for cooking.

I am one of the customer of gaya based gas agency called Hena gas agency. They don't belive in giving gas to bonafied customer, most of the time they sell gas cylinder in black market. This gas agency now run by one crimnal called Bola of gaya.Any one who is listing please to some thing for us.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE WOULD LIKE TO INFOME YOU THERE IS NO ANY RESPONCE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE INDIAN GAS. WE ARE NOT GETTING THE GOOD SERVICE TIME - TO -TIME WITH THE INDIAN GAS. HERE THE INDIAN GAS CENTER PROVIDE US THE GAS AFTER 21 DAY BOOKING OF GAS, AFTER THE BOOKING WE ARE NOT RECEIVE THE GAS IN 1 AND 1/2 MONTH, SO IN THIS WAY WE ARE GATTING THE GAS IN 2 OR 2 1/2 MONTH, NOW YOU THINK HOW ABOUT THE SEVRICE OF YOUR GAS CENTER SO WE ARE REQUST TO YOU PLS DO CONSIDER HERE FOR THE GOOD SERVICE.

its been more than two months since i recieved my last delievery.
n furthur more nobody is pickin up the phone to hear me.
this is against niranjan gas agency, vidhyadhar ngr, jaipur. owned by mr. hanumant singh
kindly take a strict action against them as this neligence is repeated now and then.

sir my cons. no.9227 witch was booked on dated 15/11/2009.But this case solve yet now.P/l help me.

my problem is concernwith partcular agency wich is every gas service, ramesh park laxmi nagar, new delhi our reference no is 5704 and 5705. every time they responce well but not deliver cylender on time .generaly we book with help line no.1260.
