[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no.25115 . I booked for a gas refill on 17.1.09 and was not supplied with a refill upto 29.1.09 . On the same day (29/01/09) at about 0830hrs your delivery person of M/s Varalakshmi agencies B/30 Annanagar East chennai 600 102 delivered with bill no7050 dated 17/01/09 charging Rs350/- (i.e) Rs 339.60 and another delivery charge of Rs10/=. Since the refill charges is reduced to Rs314/- from midnight of 28/01/09 wednesday I was wrongly charged with Rs25/- extra. Pls take necessary action your staff responsible and advice the same to me and arrange to refund the extra collected charges

My Primary Complaint that I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is 21491 (Chandra Shekhar Bajpai) and it falls under Sonakr Gas Services, Arya Nagar, Kanpur.
When I ask them to book my connection, they said that your number is blocked, for reopening the number, they force me to purchase a rubber tube, costs 180 Rs.
Due to emergency, I purchased the rubber tube by paying 180 Rs.
I want to know, is it necessary by the Government to purchase that rubber tube for reopening the blocked connections?
If it is not so, then please take action against the dealer and acknowledge the mail.

sir,
i book my no.13197 to PARUL GAS AGENCY, the person come for deliver the cyclinder. when i check the weight of cyclinder, the weight is approxy.:-27kg/-, I refuse to accept the low weight cyclinder, The person told me he will come tommorow with ful cyclinder. But same problem for the last three days, person come with low weight cyclinder.
After third day i will complaint u
what i do, i cant go any where( i m house wife). I am in problem

Indane Gas — TORTURING BY CHAND GAS AGENCIES PLEASE TAKE ACTION A SENIOR CITIZEN PLEA

I Am Indane gas customer under Chand gas agencies Nadakkave Calicut- agency code 4549355 consumer no . 25231. We had booked a cylinder on[protected] and got the booking no 7056. After all these days they had not delivered the cylinder on calling their office they will say today they will surely deliver and by evening when we don’t get, we call they will say tomorrow. This process have been going on for the past so many days. I just wanted to know the reason of this agency not delivering on time and why they are always taking more than one month for delivery. I am old and partially blind every time i have to go through this process to get my cylinder. This is very very difficult and absolute torturing. Enough is enough i want an answer. Indane Gas — Irrespective answering , delaying delivery

I am Ms. K. Vanaja indian gas coustmar location ecil, hyderabad. We are tyerd with (ENNAR GAS SERVICE, H.NO. 19.72, Ennar towers, Brundhavan Colony, Dr . A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad - 62)
(1) they wont pick the phone even not in engage.
(2) Irrespect responce in phone or directly.
(3) We hav booked the gas last month, but they didnt delevired till now, today morning hardly connected the phone and they told that cum to office and take the gas cylendar, by 4:30 I av goan there they are saying that it is new booking you hav to wit for more 5 day, even i am saying that morning i av called you people, you people said that come and collect the gas, but they are very rudly ansered that they wont give now, this is reapitly happening.

kindly justfy us, if not tell me the process to change the connection to other company (HP or Bharath gas)

I am fed up of calling gurukripa gas agency. throughout the past week i have spent more than 2 hours a day just trying to book the cylinder but the call is not being answered. finally i had to but the gas in black when it became urgent. is this the kind o[censored]nprofessional and hostile attitude these people should have for the customers! Very disgusting!

Dear sir,

we booked our gas after 45 days over phone. most of the time the phone was engage . they confirmed the booking and said it will come after 10 days . after 12 days once i called and asked for the gas again they replied it will take another 18 days . in my locality i have found the gas cylinder is selling on black market for Rs.800 /- per cylinder, as a consumer they are taking more than 2 months for supplying of cylinder .

did the higher authority will take any proper action to find out the culprit. ?
can i get justice ?
please tell me what should we do, i think our gas is selling to other outsiders with margin

Indane Gas — No gas delivery after 8 days

I have Indane Gas connection and my distributor is EssBee Enterprise, Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi. I have only 1 cylinder and my life becomes miserable till the time i don't get new Cylinder.

I booked gas cylinder on 27th January, I am trying to get update on the status of deliver. Telephone numbers 26016182 / 26016433 are of no use as no one picks up the phone. I managed to get the direct number of the owner of the distribution agency.Even after 8 days today, the answer is, I have to wait for a week's time.

If anyone has phone number of Regional head of Indane gas, Kindly provide, so that I can call and give him his own dose.

I have booked the cylinder in January, 2009 and the same was delivered to me in January, 2009 itself. When I started this cylinder only on yesterday, i.e., 03.02.2009, I was shocked to see that it is full of water and we have locked the said cylinder. I have booked the same at Shirgeri Gas Service, Sector-7, Gurgaon. My Consumer No. is SC-12478. My address is H. No. 1268 Sector-7 Extension, Gurgaon

You are requested to kindly change the cylinder and oblige.

I want apply new connection, I have only pan Card with house agreement, but today I went Guru Gas Agencies (Davison Street, Parries Chennai-600001.) Manager told me pan card accepts but Rental Agreement not accepts, you Cannot apply here you go toapply near your place only, last time I Read news paper, House Agreement, accepted, Guru gas manager why he told like this please let me know what is the Procedure forGas Connection.

Sir, I went to our indane outlet for refill registration, at that time a lady was seated there and she denied to fefill booking, and today i m trying to contact her, she dont give response well and cut my call, i just asked her when will i get my cylinder ? she cut and told me you can complain where u want, i live in Ranip, Ahmedabad, my client no is 9401, and my agency name Chatra Chhaaya Gas Ser., (ranip, Ahmedabad)

I regret to inform you that I am having only one cylinder vide consignment no. BS 22886 (Booking No. 288 dated 2.2.2009) when they booked over the phone simply mentioned after 21 days you are getting the cylinder. Even single cylinder also they are saying just like as a Tape recorder message. I am surprising to note that today again I called up and asked about the status… they called up and said that within 21 days you are getting whether you are having One Cylinder, Spare or others….. Even if you are not having spare cylinder also we have to wait… they suggested use proper level instead of assisting…. We know what is what? They simply hired to Commercial / other officials instead Customers…. If customer is asking the status …. They don't; bothered….. they are having only one message i.e. after 21 days your cylinder should reach in your home… thatx it… This is for your information.



With regard to single cylinder //// at least 10 days required instead 21 days???? ///////// Please expedite…. Finally our agency phone nos. are always busy…. I am trying no. of times…. I had applied spare cylinder long time back, though I did;t get any information……



Please instruct to concerned department and not to do this in future ….. I am also working as a good position….. ofcourse they are working in Indian Oil Co. So what???? We are also working…. atleast politeness is required….

Indane Gas — Non-delivery of LPG gas

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that myself, Ramkishan Chauhan, customer of M/s Mohan & Mohan Indian Gas Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-2, Sector- 37, Faridabad and our customer number is MM 8480.

I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is very poor. I had booked our gas on 28th Jan 2009. a madam (which received telephonic call for gas booking) told me that you would gotten your gas by 3 to 4 days but we had not received by 03/02/2009, when I called on landline telephone no.[protected], again that madam told me that your gas is not booked, she just refused our booking and again booked our gas on the same day. I replied that I had booked on 28th Jan 09 then she asked me what your booking no. was. I replied that I had not given any booking no. yet before. She said now thereafter I should asked for booking no. when I booked for it and now your booking no. is 11611.

Till date now I have not delivered my gas. Therefore I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.

Delayed in supply of cylinder

I had booked for cylinder in last month dated 27/01/09 BY VISIT. She replied that we get the cylinder within six days. At Eighth day we once again ask about delivery.
She says that we will today ( on 04/02/09). But nothing delivered to us.
I visited to office and asked her same. She said that we get today ( 05/02/09). But again get no gas at all.
I called to her this Afternoon 2:00PM 06/02/09 for our gas delivery. From Office She says that “she gave a delivery receipt to delivery man” but nothing hapend yet.
Sir,
This is not a first time like this happened.
Please look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

REMARK :MY BOTH THE CYLINDERS WERE EMPTY

Indane Gas Service — Gas connection problem

I booked a new Indane gas connection at Kalpana Gas Agency, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 27.09.2008. I got a letter in december 2008 saying that my connection has been booked but when i went to collect my regulator i was told they are not in stock and to come after a week. two weeks have passed and they are not ready to give the cylinder. moreover i was told that it is compulsory to buy the stove/hot plate from them and that the total cost would come out to be 4500.
Its been many months and still they are delaying in giving me the connection.
Let me know to whom I should put my complaint.

Today one LPg cylinder was supplied by the local distributor, in which D-06 was written, as per my knowledge it was expied in Dec 2006, but still same cylinder is in use, how is it possible
