India Today Book Club — not receiving of my free gifts

Hi,
I have purchased eight CD set with free offer of one Reebok T-shirt and a bag from Adidas via my email id from India Today Book club. It was cash on delivery order. Here are details of the order.

Order ID is: MITBC-WEB[protected].

Total order value is : Rs. 999

Opted to pay by Cash-On�Delivery.

I got my 8 CD pack on 26 March after paying Rs 999. But not received my free gifts yet. No body has been responding on book clubs contact no.[protected] since then. I took the India today book club Offer. I paid Rs.2249/- for 20 cd packs which included free gifts such as Reebok shoes, Diamond gift voucher-Rs.5000/- & Holiday tour package fo 3 days & 2 nights but unfortunately i got nothing out of these gifts. India Today Book Club — Wrong size Reebok shoes sent

I placed an order for Reebok Fitness Kit vide Order ID no.[protected] on March 20, 2009. The order was placed over phone and payment made by credit card. I clearly stated that my shoe size number is 10 after trying out a pair at a nearby Reebok Store. I received the consignment on April 19 and to my dismay, I found that I had been sent size 8 which did not fit me. When I talked to their helpline[protected], I was told to send a mail to their email id [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com and await their response. In reply I was advised to send back the shoes by courier for which I paid Rs.113/- for sending by Speed Post. I was asked to send a scanned copy of the receipt which I did to get reimbursement.

To my utter surprise the parcel came back to me unaccepted by them with the comment" Lene se Inkaar". Now I am stuck with size 8 shoes which I cant wear. There is no proper response when I spoke to them over phone. I have been given another address to send which is not mentioned on their website and I do not want to incur any additional expense.

I placed the order because I was pestered with repeated phone calls assuring me that everything would be sent as ordered.

I ordered CD"s pack of 8..FROM INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB..

I received a huge package after paying 999/-... only CD's were there without reebokT shirt and a bag...

The biggest disappointment was when I opened the seal of one of the CD titled WIND...it was an empty CD case without a CD...This is ridiculous...

Never expected this from India Today group...Maybe this is the message for us fools !!! INDIA TODAY...
