India Today Book Club — Never Received the parcel

I had ordered a Samsung Star phone from the India Today book Club on 12th Sept 09. The money transaction had happened through my credit card immediately on 12th Sept09. It has been a month now and I have not received my parcel as yet. The company fails to help me out and the call center fellows just ask me to wait.They have also informed me that the parcel was dispatched on the 26th of Sept 09, which has not reached me still. I am worried if i would ever receive my parcel

I booked Encyclopedia through India Today Book club and i received useless CD against my order no 0GA[protected] for Rs. 574 .

I have been cheated by the club and thier is no one to pick up the call on phone number :[protected] .

India Today Book Club — fake parcel received

i have placed order to indiatodaybookclub for rebok kit (having track suit mediam size , rebbok bag , rebbok towel , rebbok watch , rebbok lite speed shoes size 8 ) for Rs. 3199 + 160 postal charges.
when i deliver the vpp by paying cash in post office and unpack the parcel . it dosent contain the all aitem which mention above but it is in the invice with the parcel.
then i call to costomer care Mr. Ravindra Singh has talked with me and said that the remaining item will get to you within 15 days. but yet i dont recieved

DEAR SIR/MADAM I HAVE BOOKED A DIGITAL CAMERA ON DATED 11 NOV 2009 AND HAD MADE THE PAYMENTS THROUGH CREDIT CARD BUT TE PRODUCT PLUS THE GIFT ITEM AND HOLIDAY VOUCHERS +AIR TICKET HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE. MY ORDER ID NO. IS 8800084O8. sINCE MORE THAN 3 MONTHS HAVE LAPSED AND THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT HAS COME DOWN. YOUR GOOD OFFICE IS KINDLY REQUESTED TO ADDRESS MY COMLPLAINT AND DO JUSTICE WITH ME WITH APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION.

India Today Book Club — WRONG ITEM DELIVERY AND NON REFUND OF ADVANCE PAYMENT

1. Purchase on phone by order no. 0GA[protected] Dec 2009 for Rs. 2498/-, wrong size of flotters sent. Not changing the item with correct one. On telephonic conversation, executive only say they will revert back soon. No action taken as yet.

2. Purchase of Digital Camera on phone by order no. 0GA[protected] ON 28/12/2009 for Rs. 5498/- not yet received digital camera. I asked on Feb 2010 to refund the money, not received even my payment back. Only I got emails that they will take action soon.

I request you to take action against the company, I m ready to take legal action, go to court. Please let me know the procedure I will be thankful to you

I got my first parcel on 22/12/2009 and REEBOK SHOOE and WATCH was not in the parcel. I had made my full pay ment . When I am calling your costumer service they are responding adly . If your not responding to this complait I will move in to the court and I will publish it through medias. I got two more persons which cheated by you.

The India Today group- ( India Today Book Club,) B-47, Indira Enclave Neb Sarai New Delhi-68, I have subscribed for Ragas, a 16-CD pack and paid Rs 2498/- on 23.05.2010. I have not received gift pack till now. I am told that Gift packet returned Address insufficient, Please note I am regularly receiving magazine from them.

ref my mem no ITBC10431372 ANDMOB NO [protected] .I HAVE PAID RS 16000/- AND WAS ASSURED A GIFT VOUCHER OF RS 2 LACS WHICH SHOULD HAVE REACHED ME BY 07 SEP 10.A NO OF GIFTS ARE ALSO PENDING FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS INCLUDING A REEBOOK SHOE AMONG OTHERS.U ARE ADVISED TO SEND ALL ITEMS ON PRIORITY

One employee of India Today book club put me in a trap by sending three consignments, out of which two were not ordered by me. I brought this matter to the notice of India Today Book club authorities immediately and requested them not to send the items to me on[protected]. But they forwarded the items by courier on[protected] and asked me to reject the parcel once it is arrived. The items arrived at my home on[protected] and I rejected the items and asked the courier agencies to send it back. But even after one month, India Today Book club authorities are saying that th parcel is not yet received by them. I asked them several times to furnish me the details of the parcel such as tracking number of the courier agency. Now I am forced to pay the amount of the rejected iems to my credit card account along with interest for the amount. The matter was brought to the notice of India Today group, Living media India Limited etc, but no use.
