Dear Sir,
My Name is Sunil Kumar Jhalani from Jaipur (Rajasthan). My Consumer No. 16359. I have booked for a refill on[protected] under order No. 682 with M/s Rajendra Gas, Ambabari, Jaipur. Even though it is nearing 24 days before, I did not get my refill from Indane dealer M/s Rajendra Gas, Jaipur till now.
Please look into the matter. An immediate action is requested.

Even though it is nearing 17 days before, I did not get my refill from INDANE dealer frm CINTAMANI GAS,CHENNAI till now. Please look into the matter. An immediate action is requested. I like to state that inspite of my three letters dated 24.2.09, 17.04.09 & 27.05.09 sent to your Kolkata & New Delhi offices by post regarding complaint against your dealer M/s. Flame Craft, 538, Block No.N, New Delhi, Kolkata-53, Code No.99060522, neither I have received a single reply nor any action from your end even now. The said dealer has not been taking the booking of LPG from me for that reason I have not been getting LPG for the last six months and I have been facing a lot of problems during that period. Not only refused to take booking but also mishave and harass me several times.

I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into this matter very seriously and redress my grievance without any further delay.

Jayalakshmi Gas Agency of IOC — they asked us to change the agency

I residing at Adambakkam previous at Alandur in Chennai. I am having IOC Gas connection with M/s.Jayalakshmi Gas Agency from 2000, so for the above said agency did not ask us to change from that agency to other agency which is Rose agency. even Alandur is more distance than now am residng area i.e., Adambakkam is 5kms and 3 kms respectively. But now they are saying so many reasons and ask us to change the agency from their agency. What is the backing on the issue i donot know. But i want that is my agency.
Subject- Making late in gas distribution and rough bihavour of diller for consumers.

In respect of above written subject, I anand kaushik have to say that I am from Chhatauni, Motihari, East Champaran Bihar. I am consumer of Sri Krishna Gas Agency Motihari. It is from INDANE. They behave very rough with consumers and used to give gas after 40 to 50 days. So we are suffering from great problem regarding cooking gas.
So, it is my special request to you to look for our this problem. We will be very greatful to you to it.

They always dealy in supply and booking of Indane domestic gas supply we have always suffered in receiving the gas . They supply gas in 10-15 days from date of booking and says further booking will be after 21 days. Now from many times they are habitual to supply after 2 or 3 times complain, recently we booked gas 5.10.09 bookng no. 3197 and received supply on 20.10.09 and again booked on 18.11.09 but they didn't supplied till 16.12.09 despite many reminders. They booked my complain on 16.12.09
booking no.2466 abd supplied on 17.12.09, then we approach for next refilling booking of our second cylinder on 31.12.09 they have refused to book for refilling and counter manager Mr.Jagdish Singh misbehaved and spoke loudly and said your connection will be transferred immediately and he retuned me without refill booking .
Kindly do justice with us and take suitable action against him so that they will not do such practice with me and other and instruct him to book the gas immediately and supply the same immediately.

I have booked one L.P.G cylinders in January 4, 2010.but still I did not get it.I went to the distributor several times in February and March.But till today I did not get it.I asked them about it.but they misbehaved me and told that i will get it next few days.I am hearing this lines from them every time when i went to know about it.They are doing Black marketing of LPG cylinders everyday.I saw a lot of Brokers collecting many cylinders everyday without any Booking and having any consumer Cards.
I request the Indian Oil Corporation Authority to make a high level enquiry and take a strong action against the Distributor.

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that above mentioned petrol pump Employees always cheat the customers by not showing Zero before filling the tank.

Many times I have brought this thing to the notice to the employees but they arrogantly replies " are you the sufferer?"

Every day the employees cheat more than 20 customers minimum, vary from Rs.30 to 100.

Today the same happened to me while i was filling petrol of Rs 200.( Invoice number 49466)

Employee replayed he will wait till I see ZERO.

I have tried to check any complaint format available in http://www.iocl.com/ but cannot find the same as HP do have the same http://retailcms.hpcl.co.in/retailcms/registeruserissue.aspx

I cannot do any complaint to the IOCL so if this complaint is forwarded to the concern department/authority I will be grateful.

HARSON GAS SERVICE ROPAR — LATE DELIVERY

Hello sir I am a customer of HARSON GAS SERVICE (LPG) situated at RUPNAGAR Iin PUNJAB state. My customer nomber is 9748, I have booked my cylinder on[protected], but they have not given any rsponse for that.My phone nomber is [protected].

I want a new LPG connection from IOC, and for that i have my PAN as ID proof and bank Passbook(Allahabad Bank) as my address proof, but the concerned Gas Agency refused to entertain me on the ground that bank passbook is not a valid address proof. Can you provide me a list of documents(address and Photo proof) to avail a new LPG connection?

Indane Gas- Indian Oil — gas depot shifted without concern

without our concerned our gas connection has been transfered from Anand Gas(in Argora) to Indraprast Gas (chutia). I am consumer of anand gas (consumer no AG22142) for last 10 years nearest to my residence. They have supplied good services as home delivery. I cant transfer my connection from existing agency to another as it is far away from my residence . Kindly look after this matter. as urgently basis..

My complait is regarding the desiplinary action, at the date of 7-07-10 the service man came with cylinder and hand over the cylinder and my mother gave the amount 500/-, at the time in my mother hand dont have change.the service man talk some irresponsible like, you have keep the amount when your are booking at the time itself, if your are thinking you have to pay aditional 10/- rupees.At the time my mother has inform, if you behave like this we will complaint to your office suddenly he answer you make a complaint they dont make action against me.after that we make acomplaint to agences on that day they we inform the person will come and supply.Again we make a complait on 08-07-10 regarding this issue, today is 09-07-10.But still we cant recived the cylinder.so pls kindly take some action regarding the issue.we are waiting for your reply.through phone or mail:[protected]@yahoo.co.in

I am M.NATARAJAN, a consumer of Indane Gas. My Cust. No.55076 and the Gas sylinder is being supplied from Chinthamani Co-op Super Market, A.T.T.Colony, Coimbatore. I have booked Gas Sylinder on 15.09.2010 vide booking No.4966. It is informed by the office that bill has been issued for delivery on 27.09.2010 through the delivery person. But till now I have not received the supply. I have personaly contacted the delivery person and he told me that the sylinder will be delivered on 28.09.2010 with out delay. I had a doubt that our sylinder is beeing misused. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action, if any malpractice is take place.

how to lodge complaint against gas agency
dear sir

some of gas agencies are checking the gas connection by going home to home and they are charging 50 rupees per connection in dehradun city. i dont understand when they have all records in thier computers n gas reciept is given through it. then what is the purpose of this verification and why this 50 rupees. please let me know as many people have complained about this
