[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — Indane gas

Our gas dealer is ATWAL GAS AGENCY
SHAHKOT, DISTT. JALANDHAR PUNJAB

They always dealy in supply and booking of Indane domestic gas supply we have always suffered in receiving the gas . They supply gas in 25-35 days from date of booking and says further booking will be after 21 days. Now from many times they are habitual to supply after 2 or 3 times complain, recently we booked gas 3.12.10 booking no. 927, our copy no. AGS 758 and till now we have not received supply of gas

when we approached to Mr.Atwal proprietor of the agency to look into the matter but in vain.Proprietor also openly challanged us you can complaint anywhere in India, we paid monthly to our concerned officials.and if you are in hurry you can black cyclinder from our Rerhi wala(like Billa Rerhi wala)

Kindly do justice with us and take suitable action against him .And you are requested to please Cancel the agency of such a corruped person.

Agency Service are very very poor. Agency dilivered late every time in past time. Please take action on Amerdeep gas Agency.

They always dealy in supply and booking of Indane domestic gas supply we have always suffered in receiving the gas .this time they are not supply 17.11.2011 till 30.12.2011 & he demand original paper of connection suddenly. Now from many times they are habitual to supply after 2 or 3 times complaint but they have not take any action on complaint.


Kindly do justice with us and take suitable action against him so that they will not do such practice with me and other and instruct him to book the gas immediately and supply the same immediately.

am the consumer of Indane LPG Gas. MY CONSUMER NUMBER 11515 . I am the consumer of Ajitha Gas Agency, ICF-VILLIVAKKAM CHENNAI-38. Every month I am receiving the message of bill generated and delivered . But after the delivered massage received by me the GAS delivered 7 days back. Even every month the delivered staff demanding 30 rupees at least Rs.25 demanding otherwise the won't deliver. this the regular habit. this month BOOKING NO.257778. MEMO-5865 AS PER BILL MESSAGE.

I RECED A MESSAGE THE BILL GENEREATED ON 24.01.2012 AND THE THE GAS DELEVERED ON 26.01.2012
As per delivered message booking no.257778 and cash memo.5865 delivered on 26.01.2012 but the GAS NOT YET DELEVERED TO MY RESIDENCE even no i.e.28.01.2012 at 10.55hrs.

I got cylinder on 5/11/11 after 79 days i got a cylinder on 23.01.12.
Our Agency is Sri Ram Gas Agencies., MTP Road, NGGO Colony, Coimbatore.,
Our agent told lorry strike, Labor strike, etc., reasons.,
how can we adjust 80 days with one cylinder.,
what is the time to deliver the cylinder? why the agent again and again having new consumers daily daily.,

I registered gas booking on Indian Oil Corporation(IOC) on 25.03.2012 on your Helpline. But even after 15 days, the retailer has not ensured the delivery till today. Kindly ensure immediate delivery of cylinder.
