[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation / Indane Gas — COMPLAINT OF EVERY NATURE IS THERE.

I hv connection with M/s Baruipur Gas Service, 24 Parganas, West Bengal with consumer No - 25867A.
Every time - I get Cylinder on above 20 days and also to specify that 20 days is very rear case, most of the tome it is above 25 days. I logged formal complaint with Indian Oil Marketing office at Dakshinapan of south Kolkata - but the actions are just like 'eye wash'. From Indian Oil side, nobody bothers to take any proper action for a 'forever solution'

My application number is 000532 dated 5.10.2008. Application was given to Bhundhelkhand Gas Service. So far I have not received the new connection. Kindly take necessary action. Thanks.

COMPLAINT AGAINST O P GAS AGENCY SITUATED AT NIRMAN VIHAR, EAST DELHI-110092

THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE FOR BOOKING OF GAS,
PHONE IS NOT PICKED UP EVEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. INDIVIDUAL CONSUMER HAS TO GO PERSONALY AND STAND IN QUE, WHY? THE AGENCY MANAGEMENT IS NOT LOOKING INTO MATTER
THE AGENCY, BOOKING WORKERS ARE SITTING INSIDE THE OFFICE AFTER LOCKING THE WINDOWS, EVEN AFTER BOOKING OF GAS THERE IS NO SURETY THAT GAS WILL REACH AT CONSUMER EVEN WITHIN A WEEK OR SOME DAYS.
ITS VERY SHAMEFUL TO THE AGENCY MANAGEMENT THAT ONLY 1 PHONE LINE ARE WORKING/ SHOWING BUSY FROM MORNING TO EVENING WHOLE THE DAY DAILY
MY SUGGESTION TO THE MANAGEMENT OF INDIAN OIL CORPORATION(INDANE) TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY AND AVOID INCONVENIENCES TO PUBLIC AND DIRECT THE AGENCY MANAGEMENT (I.E. O.P. GAS) TO PROVIDE/OR ARRANGE ON LINE GAS BOOKING SERVICES ON INTERNET. ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST THE ABOVE AGENCY

HOPE IOC WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THE MATTER

I'm PRABIR SAHA with consumer no 15141 recently i have been transferred my Indiane Doubled cylinder from Kharagpur to L.B GAS indiane service, 32 EAST GOSH PARA ROad AUTHPUR, NORTH 24 PARGANAS, ON 04/02/10 . But the distributor said me "he won't provide me transferable connection at any cost . even he misbehaved with me .so i don't know how to get my TRANSFERRED connection quickly . Please, please look into the matter .

Indian Oil Corporation / Indane Gas — Non-delivery of refilled cylinder

A indane gas cylinder is booked by me on 13.04.10 using tomo booking number given by IOCL[protected] vide booking sl 174. There is no supply till date i.e. 19.04.10. On enquiry with delivery boys it is found that gas booked on 16.04.10 is supplied on 18.04.10. Gas agency numbers are always busy. Whether IOCL keeps any watch on such bookings?
Please tell the suitable remedy for such problems.

Indian oil corporation — Ration Card not issued till date

Application submitted in the name of Shri V.Ramesh, 48/14A 4th Cross East, Vidya Nagar, Ammapet, Salem - 3, Application No.3880 submitted on 22.06.2009. Till date Ration card not issued. They are also not response, they given evasive reply. Please do the needful.

I don't think IOCL is issuing ration card. You have to approach your Taluk office for the same.

I had booked a cylinder on 8 Feb .It has not yet been delivered. On 14 Feb I visited the office of Sona Enterptise Vasant Kunj and was told the I will get the cylinder soon. On 16 Feb, when I called, I was told that the delivery man is on his way!!.Till 17 Feb the delivery has not taken place. My onsumer No is 06041 . My address is H S Bhagat 6290 B/9 Vasant Kunj New Delhi

sir the behave of the staff of this gas agency are very rude and insenstitive. they do not allow reffils before 40 days. plz sir take a necessary action against the staff and oblige

My consumer No.13100 My Indane supplier is M/s Sri Saila Gas supplier, Miyapur, Hyderabad' I have booked cylinder in September, 2013 booking number is 553629. Against this I received message on[protected] cash memo No[protected] generated gas will be supplied within two or three days. But it was not supplied.Message cancelling the booking No.553629 was received on[protected]. without any reason. Without my knowledge the gas was again booked on same day with booking number 560384. Again I received a message on[protected] cancelling the above booking No.560384 without indicating any reasons for cancelling but they booked again on my name, when I contacted on[protected] they said the gas will be supplied within two or three days. when I contacted for status position they gave me booking date as[protected]. There was no message. When I contacted on[protected] they have booked again without giving status position booked on[protected]. Since my consumtion was less i.e within the subsidy supply quota, they are booking and supplying to some others at Higher rate and increase my quota position and again they booking on my name same day. Like this the gas was not supplied to me from September 2013 onwards. I request you kindly enquire and take stringent action.
After booking in September, 2013 I have taken on loan my neighbours cylinder expecting supply within 10 days. But sofar no supply was made.
