I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS REGISTERED WITH ETAWAH GAS AGENCY, ETAWAH (NO. BEING E-2114). 1. THE AGENCY STAFF IS TOO RUDE/INSENSITIVE. 2. THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFILLS BEFORE 40 DAYS OF THE LAST REFILL. AND FOR THAT TOO PERSONAL ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY WITH A BOOKING SLIP ISSUED BY THEM, NO PHONE CALL IS ENTERTAINED FOR THIS PURPOSE. 3. WORST IS THAT THEY HAVE STOPPED SUPPLYING ANY CASH MEMO. NOW A DAYS ITS CASH & CARRY AFFAIR, THAT PRE-EMPTS ANY LEGAL CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Dear Sir,
I am customer of Indane Gas holding facility of double barrel. My Consumer No. is [protected]. My Indane Distributor is "LALMANI GAS' Lodhipara, Raipur (Chhattisgarh). I have made booking for refill on 2nd May 2017. I received the message of booking No.361229 on same day on my Cell number. On 18th May 2017 I made a reminder about non delivery, there was voice message that last delivery was made to me on 28.04.2017 but in fact no such delivery was made. It is learnt that said Distributor is playing some mis-chief always. On being contacted the Distributor in this matter his behavior was so rough. I am a retired Assistant Commissioner from Central excise & Customs department. You are requested to kindly make an inquiry in the matter. Pl also see that issue is resolved at an earlist.
