i m tushar sharma my mother name is indhu bala sharma and my grandfather name is keshav dutt sharma my grandfather is expired. my grandfather had a fix and saving money in post office and the nominee was my mother its being long time four month we have submitted each and every thing in post office(document) we are not getting any response that when we will get our money always post office peaple they gives us bad response even when we call in e post office one is picking phone then if some one picked saying we dont dont regarding this now where we go to talking with postoffice peaple even they abuse why we are geeting bad response we went and called lots of time but not getting any response i hope so this time will get good response my sister is going to marrige we need a money please help us out its a fix and saving catagery number is 22695,22696.22697,and saving number is 125571 My number is[protected],[protected],in khasa pura office we submited a file

I am a govt. servant ministry of external affairs regional passport office 4, brabourne road, kolkata-700001.They are dispatch on 29/08/2012 through speed post.The speed post tracking number is EW[protected]IN, 792 CA[protected] speed post book now pay latter CCU-001-128. When he delivery the letter I am not present my house.I am in the office but my wife request him and she produce my voter Id, office identity card, passport office receiving copy, bank pass book and address proved.He did not delivery the latter.Then my wife call me and he speak to me by phone.He is not agree and he told me my wife can not signature for me. But few second later he told my wife if she give him some money he delivery the latter.Last of all take some money and he delivered.I am very very socked and angry.His duty to delivery the letter of his customer and govt.pay his salary.If you do not any strong action of this guy I want to know customer care and also flash media.
