Dear Sir, Please refer to my Postal Registration No- O960629 it hasbeen delivered on 18.06.08 by Passport Office Lucknow. and today on 21.06.08 postman was bring that post at my resident, 23 New Ismail Ganj Near Ourland School Lucnow and he was demanding of Rs 200/- to handover the passport. i was agreed to pay 50/- for that but he did'nt give and abused us. more over he said that I will return this if you will not give me same amount. so please look into the matter as I need of that post urgently as I have to take addmission but my passport is awaited. thanking you S. Dear Sir,

A letter No3003/Shah was posted by the Uttar Pradesh Awas & Vikash Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg Lucknow on 5.9.08 in the name of Mr. Sadanand Padeliya, S/o Late Sh. Kripal Datt Padeliya, R/o 230, Street No.11, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-85. This was a letter intimating date of hearing in a matter before the Commissioner in the last week of Sept'9, but suprisingly this letter reacheed on 8th Oct'08, taking more than one moonth's time. I suspect that this letter was deliberately despatched late by the aofsaid office people so that the Mr. Padeliya could not attend the matter so that the matter could beheard ex-parte.
In the present fast age a letter under no circumstances take more than a month in covering the distance of 500 km. In case the matter, as aforesaid has been heard ex-parte it will cause great loss to us.

I solicit your cooperation and help in finding out as to when the letter in question was actually arrived at the post office near Mahatma Gandhi Marg and why did it take such a long time in reaching us.
