[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Railway Enquiry Number 139 and Website ( http://www.trainenquiry.com/indexNS.aspx) providing incorrect details

Respected Sir/Madam

This is to bring in your notice regarding incorrect details been provided regarding arrival and departure of trains bu both Railway enquiry number 139 and website (http://www.trainenquiry.com/indexNS.aspx)

I have to travel by train 7203 ( bhavnagar Kakinada Experess ) as on 13th June 09, from Surat to Secunderabad, when i made call to number 139, it said the train is running on its scheduled(right) time, but when i reached Railway station i came to know train is delayed by approx 4 hours.. which is expected to arrive Surat by 18:08 hours

Same is the case with the Website..

So i would request you to please check both, and take some action.

I would be vety happy to receive some responce from you regarding same.

on website of indian railway genral information is very old .IT SHOULD BE UPDATE MINUMUM WEAKLY/ MONTHLY. EXAMPLE ON WCR WEB SITE CVO NAME IS JETTY BUT NOW A DAY THERE IS OTHER PERSON

Indian Railway — details of train unavailable in site

i am from kerala. i frequently use the indian railway website.i need to complain about the unavailablity of details(running time, late time etc...) of the train 615 Trichur-Cannanore passenger in the indian railway website.I used to travel on this train daily so its very inconvenient for me.i kondly request to do necessary action.

railway enquiry — railway enquiry through railway website

i m searching seat availability through railway website but website showing
'Sorry, This particular service is unavailable at this time!!!

Please try again later.' from two days.i couldn't see seat availablity of seat from delhi to lucknow for reservation for going home.

Sir, We had been provided Varanasi-Sambalpur Express in Your Last Budget but still we are waiting for train to start.

When this train will start as this was on demand since last 10 years for people of Orissa.

This is to bring in your notice that no information given on 139 service, today I calledup at 139 customer care, I like to know the status of stopage of sarvodaya express in nizammuddin comes from ahmedabad but the customer care executive simply denies to give the information and saying press the train no. and take information from there, I want to know we are from railways who knows each train no. ok I working with telecom company, can you tell me anything about telecom process. if I would have knowledge of railway you should also know the telecom process also. who decide to make mamta banerjee as railways minister she know anything about railways, I think we shud call again sh. Lalu prasad yadav who give us so many facility, I really salute to this minister.

Indian Railway — Wrong information provided on its website

On dated June 25, 2009, I am going on indianrail.gov.in and enquired for fare of Haridwar mail from Ahmedabad to Haridwar. Where I see the Total amount of fare is 120, but while I go to the railway station to buy the ticket they said me that the fare is 371. I told him that I saw the fare on your website and i have the screenshot of it. But they don’t rely on me, on that way thru railways website they miss guide me.

Indian Railways — No body at enquiry,Incorrect Information

I know i am wasting my time.Headlines are full with budget of rail and so many facilities given to the commuter.
Simple question just give correct information when the train will come at the station, how many hours it is running late and pay someone and ask to answer at the enquiry.
Trains are running 5 hours late and we dont get correct piece of information
This is ridiculous
Should pull people working in such departments and kick them out
pls.send us Rly.Enquiry nos.for conversation at customer care till now old nos.has not been yet working.

Now days vaishali express 2553 is runing from New Delhi Rly Station or some where else as I have to catch the Train on 25 Oct 09 for my journey. Please confirm me. with regards

Indian Railaway — Not answering the inquiry call

I called the Barpali Railway station(Orissa) to know the status of the call. Mr Mohapatra was in charge. He did not tel me the train time. When I ask him the complain book to write a complain about the mismanagement, he denied me the complain book. Please let me know how can I escalate this issue. WHo is the right person to talk to and how can I proceed forward?

AND DEPARTURE AT 717HRS. DUE TO WRONG INFORMATION WE MISSED THE TRAIN AND TEL ME WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE AND I ALSO LOSS MY TICKET MONEY.

Indian Railways — Non functioning of 139 service

My self with my family was to travel by Bagh Express from Gorakhpur to Kathgodam on 06/11/09.
While making equiry through mobile information service 139 , I was informed that train is late by 5 minutes. I rushed to the station. The enquiry board was also showing arrival at Right time.
It reached late at Gorakhpur Station By two & half hours.
Why Government is wasting tax payers money on these useless services.

Indian Railways — no information at railway enquiry

Everyone knows the sensitivity of rajdhani express. yes, i am talking about the recent bhubaneswar rajdhani express haltage by naxals in west bengal. Today i.e. 17th nov, the train is late by ver 3 hours and no proper enquiry is available. on top of this the local station people will always say wrong timings. At adra junction few minutes back the enq people are saying that train is late by 3 hours. If you visit various indianrail websites, it shows that he train was late by 3hr 50 mins at koderma station which is just 81 kms before adra. i dont know how normal people will deal with no proper in formation available.

The railway emergency servivce[protected] has an -hole as one of its employee.I wanted to complaint that eunuchs in the ladies compartment harrass ladies in crowded trains by brushing accross them while passing by them.but the railway employee was in no mood to listen to it and kept disconnecting my phone.After doing this almost 3 times, I asked him If he has no value for somebody' s time and money...He said that Bill leke auu.paisa main bhar doonga...!
I think he was a Eunuch himself... ... ..bull ...rascal...I feel like slapping that harami if I ever see him...may God punish him with all the diseases and poverty and pain of every good person on earth...Also may the ladies in his family face humiliation of a similar type by the Eunuch's...Such should be sacked from railway service and beggers employed in their place...I am sure they will do a much better job.I dont think the govt salary mathes his abilities...
I have done e ticket tatakal from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad but it is waiting list that is not confirm that why we are not gone to Ahmedabad. till time we have not recieved the money in account what i have to do.
