[Resolved]  Indian Railway Parcel Complaint — non delivery of parcel booked

Dear sir,

I have booked a steel trunk from patna to ranchi on 27/08/2012 vide lt no. A863202 & paid parcel charges of rs.485 as per the calculation sheet, but the trunk has not reached ranchi till 31.08.2012. At patna they were asking for additional money for loading the trunk in the train which I refused to give, then they told that they will not be responsible for loading in the train & there will be delay in loading the same. Had I given to their demand they would have loaded on the same day. When I contacted the authorities at ranchi parcel office, they said that the trunk has not been unloaded at ranchi station. When I asked that how can I get to know when my trunk will reach ranchi and where it is now the parcel supervisor said that they cannot tell where the trunk is now and when it will reach ranchi, the parcel supervisor said that they do not have access to get information where the trunck is now and he said that you will have to check everyday at ranchi railway parcel office for your trunck until it reaches ranchi.

Sir I would like to know the status of the parcel booked at patna at the earliest & why the same was not reached ranchi though there is a train to ranchi daily.If possible I want to lodge a complaint against parcel service of indian railways and I request you to please do the needful.

I have booked my bike from shahjahanpur to kolhapur on 15October 2017. My Lt no is 777666 but till date I have not received in kolhapur And parcel clerk no response I ask when my bike come to kolhapur Kuch ni pata yaha sab Ram bharose hai ". Koi bhi response nahi de raha. shahjahanpur ke clerk bhi.our kolhapur ke bhi

Dear Sir,

I, Mukesh Kumar, make a humble submission that I booked a parcel containing Scooter at Agra Cantt Railway Station to be delivered at Bangalore City Railway Station on Oct 28, 2017, with PRR no./PWB no. [protected]. But till date the parcel is not delivered to me. I have repeatedly contacting the Station Authority at Agra Cantt Railway. They are saying that the parcel is send from here which is also informed to me by SMS but they are not saying any thing about the expected receiving date. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to deliver the goods to me.

Dear Sir One bundle of herbal soap weighing 35 kgs was booked to Viskhapatnam on 28 Nov 2017. On 01 Dec 2017 it was known that item was not delivered at vishakhapatnam instead it was delivered at Patna. RR No Of the parcel is 271211. I Kanhaiya Jee booked a parcel of Bajaj Pulser Motor cycle at Chapra (CPR) to mariyani (MXN) on 20/11/2017 vide Builty No. 10AAAGM0289CIZY and i got confirmation from mariyani (MXN) station but till date the parcel yet to be not delivered . Therefore I requested to you that matter may kindly be checked and necessary action be taken to delivered the my parcel as soon as possible . Further I requested that an action in this regard against the staff may be taken at your end .

Regarding - Indian Railway Parcel Booking of Bike.

I have booked my bike as parcel in Indian Railway parcel service from Chennai Central to Guntakal. In chennai central so many agents are demanding money from customers or else they are threatening that your parcel will not get delivered or will be delivered with damaged. They are changing amount equivalent to parcel charges of indian railway. As they are telling they have to pay bribe from starting from CRPF, office staff, petrol inspection staff, platform staff along with packing. As the parcel charges for bike is Rs. 677/- they charged Rs.1550/- from me. Next the bike went to guntakal buy i have not received any message or communication and check status in Parcel Management system app there also no information regarding shipment. In guntakal parcel staff have called to my number after 2 - 3 days of receiving parcel. They are telling to pay late fee of Rs.483/- a lady staff is talking rudely and loudly saying you would have received sms. No respect over public as they are getting salaries based on public taxes and tickets. They are have food with same money.

Very bad service i saw in central government first time in my life.

we are very sorry to inform you that our party have booked 2 parcel from Baroda to Delhi vide RR no[protected] dated 27.08.2019 and material load in train as per Status dated 28.08.2019 but till date 02.09.2019 that material not receive at New Delhi Railway Station .
In this connection you are requested to the parcel service of Indian railways to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to deliver both of my parcel to us.

Sir I booked my luggage(parcel no.s-5) from new jalpaiguri to Chennai on 18/9/2019.
I t was sent by aroni express on 20/9/2019 from new jalpaiguri.
Train was reached to Chennai on 22/9/2019. But my luggage was not received by Chennai parcel office.
I verified in log books and in computer system also with below mentioned receipt number .
Please let me know where is my luggage and when I can expect.
