I have send a speed post Dated 13.04.2011 ,no:EU[protected]IN from Modipuram, Meerut, UP post office.It is addressed to The Controller of Patents and Designs,

Till today it is not delivered.It's very urgent to receive there for my processing of my Patent application. A DD of Rs 2500/ is also enclosed with it as patent examination fee.

one document was posted (through indian speed post) from daltonganj post office on 11-03-11 to the address : abhay srivastava, c/o- rajiv chaudhari, flat no-8, daffodils, plot no-24, near vodafone store, sector-12, new panvel, navi mumbai, maharstra-410206 but it is not delivered to this address till 17:00 Hrs on 19-03-11 .

I booked a package item(Mobile phone) through India Speed Post tracking number EP[protected]IN which was to be shipped to Kundapura, UDUPI Distt. Karnataka. I sent it on 7 March 2011. While tracking the status online on 12 March, i noticed that the transit is still showing it to be in Bangalore and the status was stuck on 9 March 2011, and it is still the same even today. I called up the Bangalore post office to ask if they could help but they simply refuse saying that the mobile phones are not to be sent through Speed Post, if thats the case, why did they accept it while booking.

Moreover, they said you will get double the money back of what you paid for the Booking of Speed post. Phone was not too costly but it was still worth 1400 and they charged me 80 rupees for shipping.

What do i need to do against this to claim my value for the lost phone.

I had applied for a PAN card and i checked the status of PAN card online.
I got the following details:

But after 40 days i do not get the delivery of card.I search for the card in post office also but they say that we didn't get any such delivery.So please consider my complaint and do the needful.

I had sent a parcel to my sister in USA with two good suits via India Speed Post from JABALPUR(MP)
on 17.09.10 bearing Doc No: E[protected]IN. When the parcel reached the destination, it was found that one Suit was missing from the parcel and the culprits had very nicely repacked the parcel as it was.
This shows the cheap corruption prevailing in minds of certain people.
As a dignified citizen of india I request for a enqiry/check as to why this has happened, when i have paid for the service ,why do the concerned agencies just sit and learn to live with it.

Dear Sir,

I haven't received my speed-post parcel which was delivered from Korba Chhattisgarh. The destination address was that of Bangalore. The tracking number is EC[protected]IN. The status still shows as sent from Korba. It was delivered on 17th of June 2010 and today on 30th of July 2010 I haven't still received it even after 44 days.

Please let me know for how long I have to wait..??

Non-delivery of important documents

I sent a very important document by speed post to TaTa Advanced Systems Lts New Delhi on 29/05/2010 from Pollachi Post office (Pin: 642001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 05.06.2010 (as per the confirmation received from the To address). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

As per norms, this should have been delivered on 7.4.2010. The parcel contains important application which should reach in time. What is the benefit of such speed post service when it is not delivered in time.

This is regarding an speed post article EM[protected]IN which was posted from Mumbai to Bokaro Steel city on 29th November 2009. As per the speed post tracking website the article have reached Bokaro on 6th decemeber itself ( 06/12/2009 09:33:35 to be specific ) but the same has not been dispatched from B.S CITY R.S postoffice to the destination address.

Upon calling the B.S CITY R.S post office, first time they asked me to call after an hours time. When i called them back for the second time there was no proper response as somebody kept on saying that this article dosen't comes under their post office zone. But i told them that according to the website the article has been delivered to this post office only, however he was reluctant to listen to anything.

So kindly help me in this matter and please suggest me what should be done for this.

i have sent my d.d to simbiosis pune through speed post but it isnt delivered at the address.. i have to appear the exam on 20th and if the d.d doesnt get delivered i wont be able to write the exam..

We sent a box of Sugar testing strips from Chennai to Hyderabad on 27/10/2009. After complaining couple of times, the parcel was received on 7/11/2009 but the parcel was empty box. The items were missing from the parcel.

And today My friend also taking information from Rajarammohan Roy Sarani Post Office (700009), they are telling him that they have delivered it from their office. But still I am not getting It. Please help me for that purpose, because it's a urgent for me.

I have sent a speed post from Gokhale Road, Post office, Thane, Mumbai on 25/11/2008. But the article has not reached the receiver up-to-date.
