[Resolved]  Indian Speed Post — Speed Post Undelivered Article

Dear Sir/Madam,
Income tax department posted one article on Sep 8, 2011 through Speed Post Service tracking / Consignment number is EM[protected]IN from The state bank of India, Cash Management Product Centre (04266), 31, Mahal Industrial Estate, Near Paper Box, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093 to Smt. Giribala Saha, Station Chowpathi, Near Town Club, P/o. Kamakhyaguri, Dist.- Jalpaiguri, Pin- 736202. This article was Containing one of my I.T.Refund Cheque . I have not received my article till now. Its going to be more then 106 days.
Presently, I.T.Refund Status shows my said article ( Refund Cheque) has returned undelivered by Speed Post, saying address is incorrect, I am very much confused what is happening. Because my permanent address is same till now.
Please inform me about the perfect reason of the Delay / Undelivered. Try to deliver my article as soon as possible. Please provide me status on e-mail id giribalasaha.[protected]@gmail.com or on mobile no. 91-[protected].
