I have order of 1 dell inspiron 6400 6cell battery - ud264 on 1 sept 2012 and on 7 sept 2012 they put the status of my product is shipped. But till now I have not received any battery and my payment has debited from my account. My order no. Is i[protected]. I also give many call on customer care but no response. Indiaplaza — Payment made but item not received
I have purchase a mobile from the site indiaplaza.in on Feb.2, 2010 vide Order Number :[protected] , I have made the payment through my credit card, payment has been debited to my account, but still i haven't got the consignment nor they are refunding, Delivery time was assured i.e. it should be a week time, but now the month has been over, they are not responding nor they are taking any action, what should i do.
