[Resolved]  Indiatimes — unwanted sms

I purchased Reliance NETCONNECT data card (Rs.2800) five days back. The sales person committed that the download speed is approx 230.4 kbps, In early i got download rate 12 kbps, but after two days its speed goes very slow. Now the speed i am getting is between 0-4.

I dont know what to do with this product...& i think we should not waste our time & should file a complain in consumer court.

wow...EXACTLY same problem faced by everyone...ofcourse I m the new victim here...ZTE MG 880 ...first day decent speed...next day onwards 0-3 KBPS...network full BUT net connects and disconnects randomly ...talked to various pple at customer care...complaint number taken...

Hi All, I have bought Reliance USB Net connect ZTE CDMA for my desktop PC...Its service is very bad, it made disconnect frequently..never got connect any FTP client software..I also called to customer care *333 about this problem, they only say that clear the cookie etc...and they are saying we can not refund your money..Can any one tell me what i do...my number is [protected]..I am in new delhi .

yes i also have reliance netconnect card. I bought it three months before. At that time its speed was quit good but now it speed very poor. I think the should keep attention very on it as it is the problem o[censored]sing the Huawai netconnectcard i.e. ABOUT ITS SPEED WHICH IS VERY SLOW.

I think company must take appropriate and quik actions to solve this problem as soon as possible.

i agree with all of you guys... Reliance data cable is really one of my worst decision till date in my life.
These guys just commit n forget. There customer care is just for a sake of name. We all should sue these Ambani Brothers for befooling innocent Indians... :-)
I have tried airtel data card n its much better than reliance. Atleast they should have scheme to convert data card to broadband so that we dont have feel like wasting 4000bugs with which Ambani's are making multistorey house.huh...

From then onwards i hate reliance net connect reliance datacard because i am not satisffied with this thing .NO one will listining me .
i complian to coustomercare even they can not solve my problem

m havng lot of problems like very bad speed, no attention on complaints, bill plan changed without notification, no delivery of bills for last 3 bills out of 4, charges levised without notice. m also interested for consumer forum, kindly mail me consumer forum procedure, will file the case definitely. mob- [protected]

Same here dude i am using reliance net connect since last 2 years ( only reason that i don't use net a lot now a days) .Let me tell u something i have not seen how the speed of even 11 kbps on the consistent basis (10 minutes) looks .
Reliance net connect is just a dont but it, dont even take it even if someone gives it to you free of cost.Since it will just frustrate you.

i am very dissatisfied with this netconnect.
i am not able to acces google also.

I am fed up with the Reliance Netconnect Harassments.I feel my money is down the drains.They really mislead customers.Their speed is very low.Their softwares corrupted and thus I had to give extra to buy it seperately.One cannot check the no of hours used & thus one gets cheated with the bill.The billing system is not transparent.The customer care & web world representatives give wrong information & this affects the bill.If you try complaining then they simply deny help & say" thats the way all other providers work" leaving the customer with no option.Can I take some legal step to stop such fraud.

I had lost my software for the data card purchase from reliance world but since my laptop is got crush I am unable to get another CD or software for the same even after I told that i will pay for it

I am keeping my data card idea and paying monthly rent for it.

Such a poor service cannot help a service provide to make healthly business.

my usb modem ZTE CDMA1X is connecting on 28.80 kbps speed. what should I do?

I have taken relaince net connect 1 month back and the speed is damn slow... you jus cant imagine that a site takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to open fully.

When they sold the card they narrate the features so confidently as if thier card is like heaven, but now it appears to be hell...they do not respond properly!

i am agree with everyone. i have recentaly bought a reliance netconnect on Diwali2008. i felt that it is horrible in 15 days.
it gives only 1kbps or 0.028 kbps. what is this. before purchasing no one has given this information, my total money has west, what should i do.
