[Resolved]  Investors Clinic — Fraud

I bought a flat in Jaypee Klassic through investors clinic in June 2009. I was told and given an agreement letter by Investors clinic that if i buy through them they would get me 3.5% commission. I've been following up with them for last 2.5 months to do so but they've been delaying by making excuses like they've not got the payment from Jaypee and so on , so forth. It's highly frustrating to do business with Investors Clinic.

I also made investment with M/s Assotech and M/s Samiah Builder in their Crossing republic and Hapur Projects respectively on assured return basis by Investors Clinic. several months have passed from the date of completion of agreed period, I am not able to get the money back.


I had taken a loan for this project and now neither now the company nor the dealer is responding to my queries. It is disgusting to get call from the Bankers several times a day but these people are sense less.
They are not responding as they have not lister anything. They are just sitting on investors money and concentrating on New Business. They have no concern about consumer satisfaction & honoring Commitments.
They are acting as if they are FRAUD agents.

They are Cheating Innocent people out of their money.

I have invested in 2 projects through investors clinic and I m very happy to invest money in Investors Clinic. They provide genuine reports and always ready to help their clients. Earlier, I didnt know how to invest money in real estate, then they suggest me. We can contact them anytime either through phones or mails.
I have personal exp., i[censored] r facing problems, regarding property..

i disagree with the fact...as i have seen lot of happy customers, who have got best deals with best services.

Has your problem been resolved? Who did you interact with at Investors clinic for this deal ? I am also considering Investors Clinic as an option for a property deal. I need to be sure about the reputation before I deal with them.

Here i want to share my bad experience with Investors Clinic Company. Through this Company i have booked a flat in Golf homes as per his verbal commitment, but on paper they have mentioned different figures. They have cheated to me on BSP rates & discount which they have committed .

it should change its name to fraud clinic they are all a pack of cheaters .

there are lot of false commitments even from directors of the co. as well. this type of co. should banned to carry out their operations.

normally a dealer will discuss with you the basic price . when you actualy finalise a unit . the price goes up as now they will add up - PLC/s, club charges, parking, IFMS, service tax etc etc. this is not a right practice and is followed by all the dealers . Investor's clinic is no exception and they too are in this business to make money and money . Remember they need all the more money now to Pay -Yuvraj singh ' thr brand ambassador .

I am really surprised by the reaction of customer...noida coustomer are so greedy that they will keep hoping from one broker to another broker just in seek for more discount..actually this discount is not be called discount this is the earning, earned by selling a flat of developer. So a broker is just sharing his earning from client. I dont understand if this flat the customer purchased become property of a crore, will the customer share his profit from the same broker he purchased that flat initially at just 25lacs.??? no never..you noida customer sucks.

commisions are released by the builder after three months or more than that.why should the consultant pay you from his pocket.
