[Resolved]  Irctc — No refund

i did a tatkal ticket booking on 4-1-2015 using my State Bank of Travancore debit card (via ICICI bank). The transaction was failed.But the cash was deducted and is not refunded yet.( Though the website says that it was refunded on 6-1-2015, it isn't refunded to my SBT account)

I have booked my ticket from Sealdah to New Delhi. Both times the payment failed but money has been cut from my bank account. My reference numbers are [protected] and [protected] . Please refund my money as soon as possible.

as per details given above there was a payment deduction from my bank account but booking was not done, so kindly refund the amount.

I booked a one tickets from IRCTC but the train was cancelled due to Gujjar andolan and i didn't get the refund till now though the train was cancelled on 25th of may my pnr no. was [protected]
I also cancelled an another ticket pnr no. [protected] whose refund is also not made till now
I want an strict action on this.

IRCTC — site suspended at tatkal hour

I am using my personal id for booking railway ticket but from week when I book tatkal ticket I got site suspended or error .I request to railway administration kindly solve my problem

tatkal ticket transaction failed

Dear sir when i have booked tatkal ticket its failed but amount is deducted from my bank account. So can you tell me my all amount should be refunded or not

i booked tickets at irctc from borivali to surendranagar on[protected] at 15:00 but as soon as i charged my debit card for Rs 631 the wbsite stopped and it did not load the money was gone from my account and i did not receive the tickets
