I m a user of ictct i have an account on irctc web site from a long time. i book many ticket without any problem. but from last a month on my account page booked ticket history, tds details etc. not shown by irctc. so i m confuse about this, i want to show my booked ticket history etc. details Was this information helpful? | |

money debited without service being availed
Terminated the transaction. Then too money was debited from my account while e-booking.Failed transaction amount not credited to account
I had booked two tickets on 8th November 2014. The transaction failed but has not been credited to my account yet. Please do the needful I am attaching the proof here I am not able to see my booked tickets in Booked History. My Journey Date is on 20th July, 17 and want to Cancelled the tickets and wants refunds. Please help for resolving this issue
i just called the irctc customer care no.[protected] and the executive said the history will be recorded only for 45 days then it will be deleted so if you want the copy of your ticket you have to mail them at [protected]@irctc.co.in and in the description you have to give the pnr no. and you have to request for a soft print of the ticket.

10th march 2018 I have booked through yatra.com. not getting any messgae or ticket related information, but after that I got message, It will be refunded within 5 TO 7 Working days. But Today I have booked another 5 tickets through IRCTC website, payment was successful through PAYTM. But No PNR NUMBER Message and no booked history under my login credentials. Kindly take action and do the needful at the earliest.

Hello Guys, I also faced same issue but, I found the way to see booked history.
A). On arctic app:-
1. Go left top most icon with 3 horizontal line
2.click on my transaction
3.click on my bookings
4.all tickets are there in list for you
b.) On web:-
1. Go to right top side of web page click on my account
2.go to second option :"my transaction" you can see booked ticket history
3.Click on it...then all is yours, you can download/ share/download the ticket

Today I have booked my ticket by RAJDHANI FROM MUMBAI CENTRAL TO VADODARA for 24th JULY 2018, the ticket amount was also deducted from my CARD, NOW I WANT TO SEE THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION AS AT THE END OF THE BOOKIN A NOTE WAS THERE THAT SEAT SELECTED [ LOWER SEAT ] IS NOT AVAILABE.
ALSO I DID NOT RECEIVE SMS ON MY MOBILE FOR ANY RESERVE TICKET CONFIRMATION.
PLEASE CONFIRM WHERE I CAN GET THE DETAULS OF MY TICKET, IF RESERVED ??

to find our booked tickets history is very very troublesome job . It is taking a very long time to search

Solution - In new IRCTC website, reduce zoom to 90% then you will be able to see menu on top like My Account etc.
