Ticket cancelled on 5-3-2010 Id No.[protected] and Pnr no. [protected].Refund not yet received despite repeated reminders. Kindly expedite the same at the earliest.

I have booked tickets on 3/07/10 from GHY to TSK.Details given below.

RBR NO. 12349201, PNR NO. [protected], DATE OF JOURNEY 05/07/10, TICKETS VALUE RS.1680, CLASS 3AC, TWO PASSENGERS, NAME M KESHAN & K KESHAN. Due to bharat bandh train was running late of 8 hrs I have filed TDR for cancellation and I have recieved half refund of the actual tickets value of RS 824, So, here I request you to please refund rest of the amounts as soon as possible.Before also I have send the same matter and I have not received any reply from your side. please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket on 17/10/2010 for Jaipur to Hydrabad. Unfortunatly Lost the internet connection and my account was debited with 5120 ruppes. neither I get the ticket nor I got my payment back in My credit card account. I have already sent the request to bank as well as IRCTC. IRCTC says that they have refunded the amount but bank says that have not received the amount yet. It has been passed 20 days. I dont know what is going on? Please me to resolve this matter.

Sir/Mam, following are my complaints:-

I have booked ticket from pune to badnera junction thrice for 31st Dec 2010 but I was getting following message as:-

You Were Trying To Use icicibank Payment Gateway And The Transaction CouldNot Proceed Due To Communication Failure.

There was a problem in processing the transaction due to one of the following reasons:
You have used Back/Refresh button of your browser.
You may have processed the transaction from more than one window.
Bank has resent the transaction with the same transaction ID.
To check if the ticket is booked, please click on the "Booked Tickets" link on the left navigation. If not booked, you may proceed to book again. If excess amount is found to be debited from your account, the same will be credited back to your account.
We regret that your Transaction could not be processed.



Further instead of this error 307 rs are debited thrice and after that my ticket is not booked..
Please do assist in this scenario or call me on [protected]..

I have tried to booked takal ticket on 11/11/10 through sbi debit card but cannot booked the ticket because payment not received from bank and transaction failed.
