Refund too money

pnr - [protected], Transaction ID: [protected] AND pnr - [protected], Transaction ID: [protected] this pnr number ticket are canceled but amount will be not refunded in my account. so please amount refund to me my money.

IRCTC Amount not get refunded in my bank account though it show status of refunded

regarding not displaying dates

Sir after changing to third generation only current date and next day date is displaying but the other dates are not highlighted please help me

Refund of TDR filed on 21.02.2016

I have filled a TDR against PNR NO [protected] on 21.02.2016.

but till date no refund was given to me. i have called customer care several times and also emailed to them.

but till date no reply

Dear Sir,
I have been following for my refund since Nov'19 with IRCTC Customer Care department. Every time they ask me to send a reminder mail and tell that it will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. But nothing is happening. When contacted to Customer Care they transfer the call to their false Managers who do not have any knowledge how to deal with Customers and they either put on hold or disconnect the call.
Pls find the ticket No. and reminders sent.

Today when contacted they asked me again to send the reminder. I am really pissed off.
The amount to be refunded is : Rs. 4985 & Rs. 2240

I will share you my PNR No. and other details once I hear from you based on Ticket ID assigned.
