Today i booked the e-ticket from Howrah to Guwahati. But some technical problem in internet I didnot received e-ticket but amount reduce my State Bank of India bank account. Kindly request u please do the needful in this matter.

I was booking 3AC a ticket from Pune to raipur Train No. 12129 for Rs.1328 .while confirming ammount with SBI Pune, surveour was lapsed . Trasaction of money was not completed and I can not produce ticket and PNR but money was deducted from my accout.Refund by irctc was aproved also . It is observed that money was not back deposited in my account.

IRCTC — SERVICE BAN

RAILWAY START E-TICKET BOOKING BY AGENT WITH PERMISSION LATTER APPROX 5-6 YEARS OLD. NOW BAN THIS SERVICE BECAUSE WRONG PEOPLE ARE MISUSE THIS SERVICE. BUT BAN WRONG PEOPLE BY RAILWAY NOTHING THIS SERVICE BECAUSE BIG PEOPLE UNEMPLOYED ALL INDIA .

I made a transaction through irctc ( sbi Rail card) on[protected] for journey on[protected] my pnr No is [protected] ( Hyderabad to Gudur). but unfortunately that day train was can celled because of Rail Rocco so on that day we are not traveled. 2 months back i send a message to u also on that day railway people were told your ticket amount was automatically credited your account no need to inform. but i send a message 2 months back train was can celled . but that ticket refund amount not yet received till so how to get that amount plz give me the refund amount as early as possible

We confirmed our booking on19th April from Hyderabad to Trivendram (OLD TRNNO:7230) it has been confirmed 25th May 11:00Am before 1hr of Departure.

REASON-Because we are located at Nizamabad so we unable to reach on timing so Kindly REFUND of our full amount as soon as possible

I have booked a ticket on25-4-11.but due 2 some reason transaction was not successfully completed and my tkt was not booked.However the amount was debited from my account.Again i booked the same tkt at once.due 2 some reason the tkt was canceled by me.It was found that the booking amount was debited two times from my account but there was only one debited amount has been credited and another one was not credited. informing u for neccessary action please.
