Ticket not issued & amount not refunded
I have booked ticket on 24-4-15 for 30-4-15 from Gorahpur to Vananasi in 3rdA.C Chauri-Chaura Exp. The ticket amount has been debited but ticket not issued. Till date I haven't got my money back. Puneet Rai Mob: [protected]PNR 2742226909
SIR TRAIN LATE 3.5 HOUR TIKIT NOT CANCIL IRCTC LOGIN PLESE TIKIT CANCIL PEFUND AMOUNTamount debited from my a/c but ticket not booked,reservation failed.
My transaction i.d. is [protected]. amt rs 8202.47 debited from my a/c but the reservation failed. pnr could not be generated. Amt debited has not been refunded as yet. After so many complaints no Railway Official is attending the response or they do not bother of the any complaint ??????

Dear sir, I have successfully registered on IRTC on 16.12.2013 @ around 9 P.M but i have not received Username and Passwordnon receipt of sms alert.
i have booked a ticket from tiruvalla to shoranur for myself, husband and son.through sbi net banking i made the payment also. irctc again asking for the payment. kindly do the needful.PAYMENT OPTION INSUFFICIENT
