Dear Sir,

I am not able to login to IRCTC website for booking ticket. My user id is - nandistone and my Registered Mobile Number is [protected]. I have been typing the correct user ID and Password, however it is telling INVALID User Name or Password. KIndly reset the password. Kindly do the needful. I am using this for so many years and this is the first time I am facing problem.

This is A.Ramasubramanian. I have created an account in IRCTC with the username : "redfortram". But unfortunately i forgot my password for the same account.By this I cant book tickets through online. I am Manya A, booked the the ticket through my irctc.co.in account on 12 Jan 2012 and it is confirmed. I have not noted down the PNR No. of the ticket. Unknowingly I have deleted the SMS in Mobile and also the email in my Account. The very unfortunate here is I forgot my Password, which I could not get back even with lots of tries.

Hence, I request you to kindly help me to get back my Password so that I can get my confirmed ticket printout. Kindly help me at the earliest please.
