Irctc — forgot user id and password

SIR, MY SON IS TRAIVILING IN TRAIN NO 12434 PNR NO [protected] B-2 18, 19. HE IS ASKING ANOTHER BOTTLE OF WATER BYT ATTEND OF CATERING STAFF DENAY AND HE CHAGED EXTRA MONEY FROM HIM. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH WATER HE IS AUTHORIZED.
