[Resolved] Irctc — INABILITY TO UPDATE MY PROFILE | |
Dear Sir, I have an IRCTC log in Account by the name vijayrao51 Tel No: [protected]. When I logged in to my Account and tried to buy a train ticket I received the message " Booking is not allowed as your Account has been suspended". When I made the complaint to make My Trip they generated a Reference ID[protected]. i subsequently received message from IRCTC to update my profile. As I was trying to update my profile I am receiving the message " You are not allowed to update your Account as you are a suspended user" Please help to resolve the issue. When I logged in to my Account and tried to buy a train ticket I received the message " Booking is not allowed as your Account has been suspended". plese send me any mail on j.v.[protected]@gmail.com

I have an IRCTC account. ID is anveetha. I tried to update my mobile number and changed to new number. unfortunately due to net signal drop system suddenly closed and later I used to open my account. frequently asked mobile confirmation code, but no code received on my mobile. after 3 hours gap at a time somany mobile confirmation codes dumped in my mobile. later the account is locked. my registered mobile no is [protected] and new mobile no is [protected]. Request restore my ID and old pass word and confirmation mail be send at the earliest to access my account.
please help to resolve the issue.
