Tatkal ticket not provided even after amount deduction from bank

Since irctc tatkal ticket booking is always sought after option for last minute bookings I got myself ready at 7.45 am in order to carry out booking for matsyaganda express from madgaon to lokmanya tilak terminus.

This is completely not fare with irctc.co.in web page. It takes almost life to open the webpage. If supposed the page loads, it opens with errors. It won't highlight option, it won't booking details, nothing. Option highlighting to make payment is a dream.

non receipt of e-ticket despite payment

I have attempted to book e-tickets by New Delhi Kalka Shatabdi on 2 occasions. Each time the payments were made through citibank credit card and SBI online banking and amount deducted from my accounts each time.. But the transaction did not mature and e-ticket could not be generated.

ticket booking fraud

Guys myself Vishal and i made a booking from hyderabad to vizag using irctc tatkal process and while making the booking the transaction failed and that was for godavari express which was available for confirmation, however as the transaction failed i made a booking through garibrath which was under wait list and that ticket was successful for wait list and i got a msg from bank stating amount got debited from my account, however after 5-6hrs...

refund not yet received

I had booked Rajdhani tickets in TATKAL quota for[protected] for 3 passengers, all were on Wait List at the time of booking. Only one ticket got confirmed and as per procedure as it was an E-ticket I had filled the TDR form and submitted on the same day itself. The procedure said that the reply would come anytime before 90 days, so I had to wait till then after which they said that as per their records passengers have travelled on that ticket....
